  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WPMI-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the ninth day of this November ("NBC 15 News at 5") appeared to have had involved some disembodied voices being used to say, "Is anybody watching? Are they watching this game right here; LSU and Alabama going on as we speak up in Tuscaloosa?" while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts such as "COLLEGE FOOTBALL, "SOUTHEASTERN CONFERENCE", "LSU", and "ALABAMA" (note: the voices were similar to the ones this part and other parts of it appeared to have had while appearing to have had a certain contributor for them (a presenter of either news or sports) named Lance Crawford).
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 7:00 a.m. this Sunday ("FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Matt Barrentine) saying, "Like I had said earlier, today is a great day. A great day also to go through the closet; go through those boxes. Hey, where's my good sweater? Where's my good gloves? You were not like" to the contributor mentioned earlier in this paragraph.

  • The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to have had some videos with graphics similar to graphics in certain advertisements related to WBLX-FM and WDLT-FM and some disembodied voices being used to say phrases such as "four kay a day" while appearing to have had graphics resembling text of "4K A DAY" between this Friday and the Monday of the twenty-eighth day of the month of October for this calendar year (note #1: at least one of those videos had involved a disembodied voice being used to say phrases with the letters "B-L-X" being said together ("The big station, ninety-three BLX") (note #2: at least one of those videos had involved a disembodied voice being used to say phrases with the letters "W-D-L-T" being said together (such as, "One oh four one WDLT. Smooth hits from the eighties, nineties, and today" and, "We are the grown folks station on the gulf coast, one oh four one, WDLT") (note #3: WBLX-FM and WDLT-FM often appeared to have had been members of a certain holding company named Cumulus Media before that Monday earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one))).
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the second half of the hour of 11:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the thirtieth day of this October ("FOX 10 News") appeared to have had involved a certain video with digital graphics involving text of "FOX GUARDING THE HEN HOUSE" and some disembodied voices being used to say this group of phrases: "Busted. A Fairhope city worker in charge of inspecting construction sites, now accused of stealing from those construction sites"; one of its contributors (a certain presenter of news named Byron Day) saying this group of phrases: "Wow, tornadoes Friday, waterspouts and flooding today, downright cold tomorrow night.     • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had this paragraph involving a certain name for certain news programs related to them ("News 5") and a certain name for a certain contributor for them ("Caroline Carithers") for some news programming related to them that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel before this Thursday earlier this calendar year on the Wednesday of the twenty-third day of this October: "FAIRHOPE, Ala. (WKRG) — News 5’s Meteorologist Caroline Carithers had the pleasure of reading to and teaching the pre-K students at the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club about weather." (note: the part appeared to have had a video with a menu involving text of "Future meteorologists at the Fairhope Rotary Youth Club").
    • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first and second halves of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-fourth day of this October ("FOX 10 News") appeared to have had involved one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to sports named Bri MacNaught) saying, "And get ready for some more football. A bunch of high school football games tonight. We have a very special Thursday night edition of First and 10 (or Ten), so tightening up that chin straps, the hits are coming" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "TOP STORY" and "THURSDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL"), one of its other contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying phrases such as, "Hi everybody, thanks for staying up late with us for FOX 10 News. I'm Byron Day. Lenise, has the night off. First up, at the hour this time tomorrow night we could be in for some heavy rain. Just the threat of that forced a lot of high-school football games to be played tonight. More on that in a very special Thursday night edition of FOX 10, First and 10 later, but first, our meteorologist Matt Barrentine, here with a look at, just how much rain heh heh we could be getting. Matt", some disembodied voices similar to those of the contributor mentioned second being used to say, "And seeing that forecast, you know at FOX 10 News and weather teams, will be doing tomorrow. We're going to be out stormchasing, showing you real-time conditions on the roads. You're not going to be seeing that anywhere else. Look for it during our newscasts and our Facebook page, because, we're going to be all over it" (while appearing to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "STORM CHASING TOMORROW" and "REAL-TIME CONDITIONS"), and a certain other contributor of some of its content (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Matt Barrentine) saying, "I'll weigh in there, baa humbug. I guess, the probably the wrong holiday there. Let's go check things out for you on the, uh, school day forecast" (*note #1: the part appeared to have had the contributor mentioned second saying this immediately before appearing to have had the contributor mentioned third saying the phrases attributed to him earlier in this paragraph: "Halloween exactly one week away. Is** one town's age limit on trick-or-treaters going, too far?  Our viewers weigh ahead in tonight's FOX 10 News, Sound Off" (**note #2: the part appeared to have had video with some digital graphics resembling text of "COMING UP" appear by this point)).

    • The main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV often appeared to have had parts of a TV program named "Entertainment Tonight" appear with audio at a level of quality narrower than the level or levels of quality it often had while appearing to have had such a program by that name at a certain period of time on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday (the second halves of hours of 6:00 p.m. for such days) before this month of October earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one during that very period of time both during this one and the other calendar days for this calendar week prior to this one.
    • Certain parts of certain news programs related to WKRG-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel at certain periods of time on the Wednesday of the twenty-third day of this October (during its hours of 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) appeared to have had a certain contributor for them (a certain reporter for certain parts of them related to weather named Ed Bloodsworth) appear without spectacles (or eye glasses) like certain parts like them that appeared to have had been part of the channel in the same periods of time earlier this October and the month immediately before this one (September) for this calendar year (note #1: the channel often appeared to have had advertisements with the contributor wearing spectacles between that month and this Thursday (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV often appeared to have had images of the contributor wearing spectacles between that month and this Thursday (note #3: hyperlink to a certain part of the site involving such an image (update for Friday, October 25th, 2019: the channel occasionally appeared to have had the contributor wearing spectacles in certain (weather) programming related to WKRG-TV that appeared to have had been part of its programming this Friday))).
    • Certain TV programs dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channels for WALA-TV and WPMI-TV this Thursday ("Studio 10" on the one for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. for this day; "Gulf Coast Today" on the one for WPMI-TV during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. for this day) each appeared to have had a certain part in which one of their contributors appeared to have had said a phrase involving words such as "sixty-two", "days", and "Christmas" ("Sixty-two days until Christmas" in the part of the program named "Studio 10"; "So it's officially sixty-two days away from Christmas" in the part of the program named "Gulf Coast Today") (note #1: the contributor for the program named"Studio 10" who appeared to have had done so appeared to have had been a certain guest of the program named "Emily Gerken"; the contributor for the program named "Gulf Coast Today" who appeared to have had done so appeared to have a certain host for certain parts of it named named "Amanda Booz" (note #2: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV each appeared to have had a video similar to the part of the program named "Studio 10" mentioned here (between these points of theirs lengths: 4:40 and 4:55)).
    • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the twenty-first day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of it contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "And in case you haven't heard, I've started something new at FOX 10, I'm stepping into the world of podcasting. You can find the first episode online right now. Subscribe and that way you'll be the first to hear it when it drops. That's Living It Up with Lenise on Google, Apple, Stitcher*, Spotify, we tried to cover it all" (note #1: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site unrelated to WALA-TV (involving texts of "FOX10 News" and "WALA") appeared to have had a video similar and unrelated to this part involving the same presenter and certain graphics and texts similar to each other (note #2: both this part and the video on the site appeared to have had some animated graphics with texts of "podcast" and "LIVING IT UP WITH" and a graphic resembling text of "Lenise" before appearing to have had the contributor saying the words attributed to her earlier in this paragraph (*note #3: both this part and the video on the site appeared to have had digital graphics with texts of "Sticher" (note #4: the video on the site was the only one to have had involved a certain disembodied voice similar to that of a certain other contributor for this part (a certain presenter for certain parts of the program related to news named Byron Day)))).
