Sponsored by Maloney Lyons" and some digital graphics involving certain groups of text (such as some text of "MALONEY • LYONS") between appearing to have had certain parts of a program named "Jeopardy!" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-eighth day of this April. 
  • A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the second half of the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-month day of the month of April for this calendar year ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a reporter of weather named Michael White) saying, "So our old friend the puddle ducky he's back today. He loves this kind of weather" while appearing to have had an image involving a certain animated figure. 
  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had some groups of  text such as some text of, "(WKRG) — Thousands of seniors across the Gulf Coast are missing out on special moments from their last school year. Every day on WKRG News 5, we will be honoring a senior passing through this important personal milestone. If you have a senior that you would like to nominate, send us their picture, name, and why they deserve to be nominated. Tah-oo hundred fifty picks are complete in the N-F-L draft which wrapped up today. I just missed the cut, I would have been two fifty-seven. Ha ha ha, how cool is this, the New York Jets, scored Theodore native Lamical Perine who told me after the Senior Bowl just a few months ago, how much he hoped the team, would take a chance on him" before appearing to have had a video involving disembodied voices similar to the ones it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak and some digital graphics involving groups of text such as such as some text of, "TAKING A CHANCE ON PERINE", and some text of, "THEODORE NATIVE DRAFTED INTO THE NFL" immediately afterwards.

It's called Curb-side Dining, and we're featuring, restaurants that, need a little help during this time, that want you to know about their business and all the great stuff that they offer, that they're still open during this time", one of its other contributors (a host of some of its content named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "Yeah, and this one looks delicious y'all. Joe got to visit the folks at Barbecuing [or Bar-B-Quing] with My Honey. It looks so good. Check it out" immediately afterwards, some animated graphics and groups of text such as some text of, "IN THE", and some text of, "KITCHEN" immediately afterwards, and a certain video with some digital graphics involving texts of "GREAT FOOD CURBSIDE" and "BAR-B-QUING WITH MY HONEY" immediately afterwards (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part that day).

We believe you have a right to know that information.   • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the eighteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Michael Warrick) saying, "Good times, youth baseball!" after appearing to have had a video involving some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say a phrase involving the words "youth" and "baseball" being said together in the order they were mentioned here) while appearing to have had a video with digital graphics involving texts of, "BREAKING NEWS", some text of, "BACK IN THE SWING OF THINGS", and some text of, "TASK FORCE RECOMMENDS STARTING YOUTH ACTIVITIES".

  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the eighteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") suddenly started appearing to have had some animated graphics involving certain groups of text (such as some text of, "SALUTING OUR", and some text of, "SENIORS") appear with some disembodied voices being used to say, "Saluting Our Seniors, is sponsored by, Arrow Exterminators, Prichard Water Works and Sewer Board, Hansen's Super Techs , and Main Street Flooring and Design" immediately after appearing to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Michael Warrick) saying, "Now if you want to see your*" with a voice unlike the disembodied voices (*note: the part appeared to have had its audio fade away while appearing to have had the contributor saying the word "your" for this part). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-third day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Byron Day) saying, "In tonight's FOX 10 News Fugitive Files, another, featured fugitive turns himself in, after seeing himself on TV.", some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say, "This is George Jones. M-P-D identifying him as one of two men, wanted in a bank robbery almost a year ago. Investigators tell us Jones, saw himself on FOX 10 News Fugitive last night, and turned himself bright and early this morning. Seems like a great guy" immediately after appearing to have had a video with disembodied voices unlike the ones it appeared to have had for the contributor and some digital graphics with groups of text such as some text of, "BREAKING NEWS" and some text of, "GARDEN OF HOPE").
