Conversations in Broadcasting #88

A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the eighteenth day of the calendar year 2019 ("Studio 10") appeared to have had these conversations between some of its contributors (Joe Emer (host) and Chelsey Sayasane (host)):

Joe Emer: Welcome in to Studio 10. We got another one of our special shows today, where the first half hour is, a normal Studio 10,--

Chelsey Sayasane: Right.

Joe Emer: -- which means it's an awesome Studio 10,--

Chelsey Sayasane: I agree with that.

Joe Emer: -- and the second half is one of our Southern Living specials, Savor the South, which we've been doing.

Chelsey Sayasane: Yes, so excited to show you that in the second half hour. Now they're dwindling down. I believe that we have only four shows and we're on number three today, so, savor them up.
Joe Emer: So these are all--these are all shows that we shot in Birmingham, at the Southern Living headquarters with the Meredith food group, so we're forward to that.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chelsey Sayasane: Well, at least you're inside, you're at home. We can't wait to show you Southern Living: Savor the South. Enjoy it.

Joe Emer: Which starts, right,--

Joe Emer and Chelsey Sayasane: Now.

A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twenty-fourth day of the month of May for the calendar year 2019 ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation between some of its contributors (Jason Smith (reporter of weather) and Lenise Ligon (presenter of news)):

[note #1: the program appeared to have had a video with digital graphics resembling texts of "FOX10 TRAFFICtracker" and "RIGHT NOW" by this point]

Jason Smith: Ok, so if you're in Mobile right now; you're trying to get to Baldwin County or out toward the Causeway anywhere in that area, just be aware that I-ten is a complete mess right now. A lot of red on the map, so it's backing up almost up to D-I-P and them almost halfway across the Bayway, so it's moving slow there. Going through downtown and taking the Bankhead Tunnel is a better option. Also, the Cochran Bridge is a better option right now.

[note #2: the program appeared to have had the contributors appearing by this point]

Lenise Ligon: Oof.

Jason Smith: Things are moving there, but, as expected big delays.

Lenise Ligon: All right, well, you know, take it easy out there--

[note #3: the program appeared to have had a video of a certain other being with digital graphics resembling text of "LIVE" by this point]

Lenise Ligon: -- be patient, have a good playlist going, if you got to get across the bay. We'll see you -- there's a marmoset! -- tonight at nine.

The last part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during during the hour of 7:00 a.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-fifth day of the month of May for the calendar year 2019 ("FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.") appeared to have had this conversation between some of its contributors (Steve Alexander Ozenovich (presenter of news) and Adam Olivier (reporter of weather))

[note #1: the program appeared to have had a video a certain location with graphics resembling text of "LIVE" by this point]

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: Wow. Well the roadways in our area have been a busy place since the Memorial Day weekend. It's starting to pick up, too. You're taking a live look at some light traffic right now this morning in Gulf Shores.  It wasn't the case yesterday afternoon, though.

[note #2: the program appeared to have had a different video of a different location by this point]

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: Take a look at all the people headed out for the long weekend.  A lot of those people--

[note #3: some digital graphics involving texts of "MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND" and "TRAFFIC BACK-UPS BEGIN" had appeared in the video by this point]

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: -- headed for the beach where a heavy traffic -- what else it new, huh -- expected, all, weekend, long

[note #4: the program appeared to have the contributors appearing by this point]

Steve Alexander Ozenovich -- and plenty of hot weather, too, I bet, huh.

Adam Olivier: Can you blame them, though, Steve.

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: No, I, uh, want to go there too, right now.

Adam Olivier: Oh, man, It's going to be a beautiful weekend, for the beach. It's just

[note #5: the program appeared to have had a static image with certain digital graphics and texts such as "BEACH" and "STORMtracker" by this point]

Adam Olivier: going to be a little toasty, so you're not going to really going to get a reprieve. You usually do, down along on the beach. Temperatures, near ninety degrees there as well. A moderate risk of rip currents, so you really have to pay attention in the water, but overall, not a bad looking forecast. Just remember to sunscreen, the water, uh, what else do you need usually when going to the beach.

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: Food!

Adam Olivier: Food, absolutely. There's plenty of great places

[note #6: the program appeared to have had the contributors appearing again by this point]

Adam Olivier: -- to eat down there as well.

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: Yes, That sounds good. Let's go there now.

Adam Olivier: All right.

Steve Alexander Ozenovich: We'll see you tomorrow.

[note #7: the program appeared to have had a video of a certain other location with graphics sembling text of "LIVE" and, "The HANGOUT" and a certain graphic with texts of "FOX10" and "©COPYRIGHT MEREDITH CORPORATION 2019 by this point before appearing to have had faded to black immediately afterwards]

A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Friday of the tenth day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had ended with this conversation involving some of its contributors (Jason Smith (reporter of weather), Lenise Ligon (presenter of news), and Byron Day (presenter of news)):

A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the seventh day of this May ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation involving some of its contributors (Jason Smith (reporter of weather), Byron Day (presenter of news), and Lenise Ligon (presenter of news):

Jason Smith: And our extended forecast looks like this as we head towards mother's Day weekend: Wednesday, no problems, Thursday, quietly scattered, Friday, looks wet, and, uh, Saturday's all right at this point, But as we advance it into the weekend, Sunday we have to add the rain back on, uh, Mother's Day potentially, so we may see some showers getting back in here on Sunday. Monday and Tuesday of next week, things begin to back off once again and we're just getting some stalling fronts in here, so, we'll be fine tuning some of these rain chances so that we can forecast. We're still not even towards the middle of the week. Hopefully we'll see some changes there, but right now, Saturday looks drier, Sunday, maybe some rain around.

Byron Day: All right, when you got some mamas, you may have to back off that rain on Sunday, buddy.

Lenise Ligon: Heh, heh heh

Byron Day: You know.

Jason Smith : Sorry.

Lenise Ligon: Ha!
