  • The main broadcast channel for WEAR-TV appeared to have had certain programs unrelated either to news or theirselves ("Music & the Spoken Word" and "Andrew Young Presents") at certain periods of time (the first half of an hour of 11:00 a.m. for the one named "Music & the Spoken Word" and the first and second halves of an hour of 4:00 p.m. for the one named "Andrew Young Presents") in which it often appeared to have had news programs related to them ("Channel 3 News Dayside" for the part of the hour mentioned first and "Channel 3 News at Four" for the parts of the hour mentioned second) on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the one for this day of November (Thursday) earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one this day.

Do you agree. Tonight's sound off, coming up", and, "In tonight's FOX 10 Sound Off, Mobile is number one, the most sinful city in the state, that's according to an analysis, by wallet hub, a personal financial Web site" (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had some videos similar to the part of the program involving the phrases quoted last in this paragraph).

  • A certain part of a certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video related to its administration (near some groups of text such as "FOX10 News was live." and "Preview FOX10 News @ 4&5") involving a certain being appearing to say certain phrases such as these this Tuesday: "So we'll have more on those stories. Uh, plus, uh, we'll be taking a look also, at um, you know, uh, one of the, one of the stories that came up, in our, editorial meeting, uh, this afternoon, is, what can people do, what can women do, to better protect themselves, when they go into a convenience store, when they go into, uh uh a shopping mall parking lot, for instance".

  • Certain parts of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twenty-fourth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Matt Barrentine) saying, "And then there we go to Thanksgiving Day; looks pretty good; fifties in the morning, up, upper sixties and close to seventy in the afternoon, rain chances pretty much nil so just looking absolutely terrific for our Thursday, our Thanksgiving. We'll show you what happened in Tuscaloosa and Auburn when we come back" (in between appearing to have had a certain video involving text of "COMING UP" before appearing to have had a certain other video with a certain other digital graphic involving text of "COMING UP" near some digital graphics involving texts of "EASY WINS", "NBC", "15", "AT 5PM" appear immediately afterwards (note: the voices were were similar to the ones both this part and other parts of the program appeared to have had for ones of its contributors (a certain presenter for parts of it related to news, sports, and weather named Lance Crawford) while appearing to have had him appear to speak). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twenty-second day of this this November ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.) appeared to have had involved some mentionings of "eighteen-year-old" and "twelve-year-old girl" (for certain sentences) without any other mentionings or references to them (transcript of sentences involving them: "Twenty-year Erron Brown was later arrested in Georgia for that shooting and charged with attempted murder, of the eighteen-year-old. In a shocking statement, they believe someone, close to their daughter, may have helped orchestrate her kidnapping", a certain video not involving the contributor (with digital graphics involving texts of "ANGELA HARRIS" and "ANIAH BLANCHARD'S MOTHER")   involving a certain other being saying,  "And I uh have those thoughts. I, I, I still do. I have, feelings that there may be, somebody that she knows, that set her up", and a certain video involving disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned earlier being used to say, "Her mother went on to hint that investigators have a lead, that they are working right now, to follow up on that theory" immediately afterwards (note: the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV often appeared to have had a certain TV program named "Doctor Phil" (or "Dr. Phil") during the hour of 3:00 p.m. on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday and the hour of 3:00 a.m. on calendar days other than Sunday and Monday earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one). .

What happened next might be the best thing you’ll read all week.", and "An email announcing Nick’s sick day was accidentally sent to Nexstar Media Group newsrooms across the country. Dozens of colleagues from all over replied to the chain, wishing Nick well." this Friday.

We're told that the man is ok.     • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twelfth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved certain disembodied voices being used to say, "All right, we've got some breaking news. Our Hal Scheurich on the scene here in Foley. A house, or a car that is, ran into a house just off Highway Fifty-nine.  My goodness, you can see the hole there and the vehicle. We're going to have more on this story for you on air and online" and certain other disembodied voices being used to say, "And also more coming up at nine and ten tonight on FOX 10 News. Boy that looks bad" immediately afterwards while appearing to have had a certain location not involving any of its contributors while appearing to have had a digital graphic involving elements resembling text of "FOX10" and some text of COPYRIGHT MEREDITH CORPORATION 2010" (note: the voices for the phrases mentioned first were similar to the ones other parts of the program appeared to have had while appearing to have had a certain contributor of its content named Lenise Ligon (a presenter of news) appearing to speak whereas the ones for the phrase mentioned second were similar to the voices other parts of the program appeared to have had while appearing to have had a certain other contributor of its content named Byron Day (a presenter of news) speaking.
    • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twelfth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon), saying, " A new trend, in the long distance, dating world" and some disembodied voices similar to the ones it appeared to have had for the contributor being used to say, "A bracelet that will send a vibration to your far away partner with a simple tap. Byron was so excited about that daily dot com report" immediately after appearing to have had a certain video with disembodied voices similar to the ones it appeared to have had for her and a certain disembodied voice similar to the ones it appeared to have had for the other one saying, "Yee, yeah" immediately afterwards (note #3: the separate part appeared to have had the other contributor saying this immediately after appearing to have the one mentioned first in this paragraph: "Yeah and I thought mood rings and pet rocks were kind of silly, but this"))).

    • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Monday of the twelfth day of this November ('FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved one of its contributors (a contributor for certain parts of it related to news named Lenise Ligon) saying, "Next week, FOX 10 News is hosting, Mobile County prosecutors, at a telethon, asking, for suggestions, from people hurt by financial crime", one of its other contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "So this week, we're highlighting the crimes that don't involve any violence, but can be just as devastating.     • A certain part of a certain news program that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the tenth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved a certain contributor for the program (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Michael Warrick) standing beside a group of (nine) monitors displaying parts of a certain video (with objects resembling texts of "POPEYES" and "LOUISIANA KITCHEN" and designs resembling text of "Order on our app!"), a certain video separate from the monitors with some digital graphics involving texts of "FAST-FOOD RAGE CAUGHT ON CAM" and "STRING OF VIOLENT INCIDENTS AT POPEYES LOCATIONS" appear immediately afterwards, the being mentioned earlier saying, "Crazy crazy. When we come back, a FOX 10 News, exclusive report" appear immediately afterwards, and some other videos separate from the one that appeared to have had been on the one mentioned mentioned earlier (surrounded by digital graphics (including some resembling text of "COMING UP" appearing below the videos) while appearing to have had some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had the contributor as he appeared to have had been speaking being used to say, "Mobile police, cracking down, on a crime, on crime, in a big prostitution bust.     • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had involved a certain video related to them near some groups of text such as texts of "YOUR LOCAL ELECTION HQ" and "News 5 to televise congressional debate" this Monday (note #1: the video appeared to have involved some mentioning of a certain pseudonym or nickname for a certain radio station in southwest Alabama named WAVH-FM ("FM Talk 1065") and a certain name for a certain contributor to that station ("Sean Sullivan") (note #2: the video appeared to have had that pseudonym or nickname being pronounced this way: "FM talk one oh six five" )) . 
    • A certain TV set in southwest Alabama connected to a certain antenna that often appeared to had been in a certain location between this Monday and the beginning of this month of November appeared to have had some feeds of programming for a certain TV station named WSRE-TV from which it often did not appear to have had any programming of theirs while being connected to the same antenna in the same position during the month just before this one (the month of October for this calendar year) this Monday (update for Tuesday, November 12th, 2019: a certain part of a certain Facebook page related to WSRE-TV appeared to have had involved some groups of text such as, "Tower crews are still at work at the Baldwin County tower. Until that work is complete, WSRE will remain at low power while using a temporary antenna. This continues to affect some viewers' ability to receive our signal. We regret this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding", "WSRE", and "November 6 at 8:30 AM" related to its administration this Tuesday).

We were just talking about this. We were singing a little jingle I made up. Girl power", and one of its other contributors (a certain host for certain parts of it named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "Yes, it is the ladies edition of 'Studio 10' " immediately after appearing to have had the one mentioned second saying, "Good morning. Happy Monday. Happy Veterans Day. I am Chelsey Sayasane" and the one mentioned first saying, "And I am Shelby Myers in for Joe Emer" immediately afterwards (note: a certain other part of the program that appeared to have had been part of the channel in this period of time this Monday appeared to have had one of its other contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Michael White) saying, "And by the way, it is an honor and a privilege to be, on the, uh all-girls edition of 'Studio 10'. Thank you for inviting me; your having me here" and the contributor mentioned second in this paragraph saying, "Yes, thank you" immediately afterwards (note #2: the part also appeared to have had the other contributor saying, "Yes, thank you, I did. Permission--',  the one mentioned just before these notes saying, "Yep" immediately afterwards, the other one (mentioned first in these notes) saying, "-- five different forms had to be filled out" immediately afterwards, and the same one mentioned just before these notes saying, "Yep. Ha ha" immediately afterwards)). 
    • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 11:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the tenth day of this November appeared to have had involved a certain video involving some disembodied voices being used to say, "The historic, Oaklawn Cemetery in Mobile getting, spruced up today, ahead of Veteran's Day. Community members coming out for the final clean-up day, scheduled this weekend to make sure grave sites are in tip-top shape, for families looking to visit their loved ones, this Monday" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "OAKAWN CEMETERY CLEANUP" and "PREPPING FOR FAMILY VISITS THIS VETERANS DAY"), a certain video involving a certain being saying, "We are trying to dress up, historic Oaklawn Cemetery for Veterans' Day. We've got Team Rubicon out here, we've got the JagVets from South Alabama. We're just trying to dress it up for Veterans' Day, for Monday" immediately afterwards (while appearing to have had some digital graphics with texts like the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph*), some disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph being used to say, "Absolutely loved that. Well volunteers, including folks here at FOX 10, have, adopted the cemetery as a service project, helping to keep the grounds free of weeds and debris, and has recently been listed in the Alabama Historical Cemetery, registry, and to date, the cemetery, cemetery says more than seven hundred military veterans have been laid to rest, on site. Very very cool" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics similar to the ones mentioned first in this paragraph ) immediately afterwards, and a certain being  (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Michael Warrick) saying, "It's a project, we've, been up there and done.
