Jason Smith: You know we got rain this week in places. I think everybody saw something yesterday. We've got a ways to go before we get back into significant rain chances. As raging builds up a loft, that'll mean lower rain chances. And the weekend looks certainly hot. We'll have ninety-three Saturday and ninety-two Sunday. Find the pool.

Byron Day: Heh, heh, heh, find the pool is right. You know it's hot when, current temperatures, are like, in the, uh, upper seventies and lower eighties.

Jason Smith: Yeah, that's right. For overnight lows, it's terrible.

Byron Day: No thank you. Jason thanks very much. _________________________________________________________________________________

A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the eighteenth day of the month of June for the calendar year 20919 ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation between some of its contributors (Byron Day (presenter of news) and Lenise Ligon (presenter of news):

Byron Day: All right, here's a story you just don't hear about every day

Lenise Ligon: No! North Alabama investigators say a guy kept a caged, attack--

Byron Day: [wheezes] ah ha.

Lenise Ligon: -- squirrel in his apartment

Byron Day: Yeah, they say he even fed it methamphetamine to make sure it stayed aggressive

[note: the program appeared to have had a certain video digital graphics with texts of "CAGED 'ATTACK SQUIRREL' '' and "LCSO: MAN FED PETH METH TO KEEP IT AGGRESSIVE" by this point]

Byron Day: Ok, it's illegal in Alabama, to have a pet squirrel. Look it up. The state department of conservation recommended releasing the animal, so deputies did.

Lenise Ligon; Ok, so the sheriff's office in Limestone County say there is  no safe way to test the squirrel for meth, uh but, the squirrel's owner, is still on the run.

Byron Day: Holy smokes.
