Conversations in Broadcasting #114

Certain parts of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-third day of the month of January for the calendar year 2020 ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had these conversations involving some of its contributors (Byron Day (presenter of news) and Lenise Ligon (presenter of news):

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for had for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Heh heh.

Lenise Ligon: Ahh--

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for had for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Ha ha ha.

Lenise Ligon: The things we have to come up with to keep our phones. The app, by the way, which one is best, well that depends, on how addictive you are. If texting's your problem, then you want to use that activity bubbles, but if binging, is your deal, screen stopwatch is the best, and the third app from Google if you just can't put your phone down,  there's that envelope, but that really seemed kind of extreme to me, Byron

Byron Day: You would burn through about half of those envelopes.

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices it appeared to have had while appearing to have had the contributor named Lenise Ligon appear to speak): Hm hm hm hm hm.

[note #2: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part (with the exception of it having only mentioning of "hm" by a disembodied voice) on the Friday of the twenty-fourth day of the month of January for the calendar year 2020]

[note #3: the program appeared to have had a video not involving the contributors with some digital graphics involving texts of "IT'S NATIONAL PIE DAY" "CELEBRATION STARTED IN THE MID-1970S" by this point]

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): saying, "Ok, it's almost time for midnight snack, and I know you've been thinking about it, but, here's a clue, [whispers] it's National Pie Day, today.

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor named Lenise Ligon while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak):Yes, it is! Heh the American Pie Council, uh, they say that the first pies may were believed to have been made by the pilgrims.

Disembodied voice (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for had for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Ooo!

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor named Lenise Ligon while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): England is believed to have had made the first, fruit pies.

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): But, whether you prefer, savory pies like spinach, onion, or lamb or --

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor named Lenise Ligon while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Hmm.

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for had the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): -- sweet pies like the classic apple, or even pumpkin national pie day is a day for everyone.

Byron Day: [smacks] Everyone

Lenise Ligon: I've got some, pie. 

Byron Day: Mm mm and she certainly does.

Lenise Ligon: Ha ha, I've been trying to open it

Byron Day: I believe that's uh, uh,

Lenise Ligon. Lemon.

Byron Day: Meringue, lemon meringue--

Lenise Ligon: Yes.

Byron Day: -- pie.

Lenise Ligon: Yes, all right, so we're going to--

Byron Day: Can you open er up?

Lenise Ligon: -- carry on,--

Byron Day: Ok ok.

Lenise Ligon: -- and then we're going to

Byron Day: Talk among your selves while we split

Lenise Ligon: Yeah.

Byron Day: -- this up.

Lenise Ligon: We've got more good news for you, Ha ha and it's Friday eve. I've got to get this open

Disembodied voices (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for had for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Ha ha.

Disembodied voice (similar to the voices this part appeared to have have for the contributor named Byron Day while appearing to have had that very contributor appear to speak): Ha.
