first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m.
on the Wednesday of the fourteenth day of the month of August for the
calendar year 2019 ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation involving some of its contributors (Byron Day (presenter of news) and Lenise Ligon (presenter of news)):
Byron Day: An Alabama man mowed fifty lawns in fifty states, to honor veterans. You might have heard of him.
Lenise Ligon: Rodney King Junior just finishing up, his last tour serving others and now he's headed out to do it again, this time with the help of his brothers in blue
Byron
Day: Yeah, Rodney is hoping to bring communities together, and he's
asking police in each state to help him, mow his way across America.
McKinley Strothers has the story.
[note #1: the program
appeared to have had a certain video that appeared to have had began with a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Back to work", a certain being saying, "So
I'm going to all fifty states. This is my actual--actually my sixth time
going to all fifty states. Driving to forty eight, and flying to
Alaska" immediately afterwards, and a certain other disembodied voice
being used to say, "Lawn groomer extraordinaire Rodney Smith, touring
the country again, one lawn at a time" immediately afterwards while appearing to have had some digital graphics with texts such
as "50 LAWNS IN 50 STATES" and "AL MAN BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE HELP OF
POLICE" by this point]
Byron Day: All right, Rodney. That was McKinley Strothers reporting.
[note #2: a certain other part of the program that appeared to have had been part of the channel in that period of time before this one that day appeared to have had the contributor named Byron Day saying, "When we come back, he's mowed his way across America and he's set
to do it again. Only this time, Rodney Smith Junior is getting some
help. We'll tell you who's pitching in." before appearing to have had faded to black (within ten seconds)]

Asha

meteorologist Matt Barrentine with a look at our weekend forecast, and
earlier I said--

Asha Staples: -- it was a little bit of relief, but you guys just caught [what] I said, uh, Asha you're crazy, so--
Matt Barrentine: Heh heh heh, heh heh.
Asha Staples: -- it's still hot though, but I felt it a little bit.
Matt
Barrentine: Heh--Heh--yeah, yeah, uh, I guess, uh I mean, uh, like I
said earlier, if you can tell the difference between a, one oh seven
heat index and a one eleven heat index, you're probably need to go on
vacation for a little while.
Asha Staples: I'm going to send that to our newscast director--
Matt Barrentine: Heh heh.
Asha Staples: -- to let him know I need a vacation.
Matt
Barrentine: There you go. All right, let's go and, uh, talk about our
temperatures out there right now. It's pretty mild outside, to begin the
day as you would imagine. Still, it's all ready, uh, eighty in Pensacola, eighty-five, in Destin, oof, and Dauphin Island too. Boy, that is, uh, a warm start to the day. Seventy-seven in Mobile right now, seventy-seven in Gulf Shores to start the day, so a, uh, a mild start.

A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Monday of the nineteenth day of the month
of August for the calendar year 2019 ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.")
appeared to have had this conversation involving some of its
contributors (Lenise Ligon (presenter of news), Byron Day (presenter of
news), and Brendan Kirby (reporter of news)):
Lenise Ligon: The Mobile River bridge toll controversy continues
to be a hot topic. A lot of people are against the idea of paying to
cross, especially being locals. Investigative reporter Brendan Kirby is
talking now about how much the I ten tolls would cost you with Byron:
Byron
Day: Of course, Lenise, no one is liking the idea of tolls for the new
Mobile River bridge. We are going to try to make a little bit easier. We
have a calculator, on our Web site at FOX10 TV dot com, that you
can actually find out how much it's going to cost you, no matter how
many times you cross the bridge. Plus we got a segment in two. Brendan
Kirby, our investigative reporter, is here, to show us how this thing is
going to work. Brendan
Brendan Kirby: Yeah, well, Byron, this can be a very confusing figure in with your individual--
Byron Day: Sure.
Brendan
Kirby: -- personal burden is going to be. It's going to be depending on
how often to drive, whether you drive, all of it or part of it. there's
discounts that are available, but only after you had made four
crossings, so there's
Byron Day: Wait, hold it, hold
it, hold it,
Brendan Kirby: [indistinguishable]
Byron Day: Two minutes.
Brendan Kirby: Oh, I'm sorry.
Byron Day: You have two minutes. Ok, so we can't get into
all of that--
Brendan Kirby: Yeah, I'm sorry.
Byron Day: -- we're just going to show them how the thing works, ok. Go
along with it. Here we go. Uh, three, let me get in a
little closer here and I'll, uh, all right, here we go. Uh, three,
two... obviously all the talk is about the tolls, how much it's
actually going to cost you. Well we got a calculator now at FOX10 News,
on our--on our Web site at FOX10TV dot com that's going to show you how
much it's going to cost. Investigative reporter Brendan Kirby is here,
to share that with us.
(note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to some of this part that day).
