The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main
broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00
p.m. on the Monday of the twenty-second day of the month of October for the calendar year 2018 ("FOX 10
News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation between some of its contributors (Byron Day (news presenter) and Lenise Ligon (news presenter)) in a certain stream of audio in which certain parts of it were not capable of being heard while appearing to have had a certain video* in which certain parts of it appeared blurrier than other
parts of it:
(*note #1: the program appeared to have had began having this video in an abrupt sort of way immediately after appearing to have had been in the middle of certain other video involving a certain narrative and some digital
graphics involving texts of
"PROTESTS
OVER TRUMP PLAN" and "TO ROLLBACK TRANSGENDER PROTECTIONS")
(*note #2: the video appeared to have had a certain being unrelated to the program saying: "All this [expletive] who would've told--" immediately before appearing to have the conversation):
Byron
Day: All right, this is a live shot from police-- [no audio] -- for Johnson, uh,
who [no audio] murdering thirty-year-old, uh, Justin Moody, uh, this past
Saturday, and [no audio] -- we can't quite make out what he's saying,
but-- [no audio]
Lenise Ligon: All right, so there is a
lot of inappropriate language being-- [no audio] -- Toi Thornton is on the scene
there-- [no audio] -- Birdville community on Raven Drive and now his arrest coming two
days later. As you can see there he's being led off in that police
cruiser on his way to Metro Jail. We're able to go through this audio
and get rid of some of the inappropriate language we'll bring you some
of what he had to say.
Byron Day: Wow! Quite animated
when he was coming out; being led out of Metro Jail in handcuffs, or led
out of the Mobile Police Department's headquarters onto Metro Jail.
Let's go in and bring in our Toi Thornton who is live at MPD
headquarters right now. Toi.
(*note #3: the video
appeared to had a digital graphic involving texts of "LIVE" and
"BREAKING NEWS" before appearing to have had some digital graphics
involving texts of "SHOOTING SUSPECT ARRESTED" and "MOBILE" by this point)
