p.m.") appeared to have had a certain reporter (named Michael Warrick) saying, "Live on a cold and quiet night in Fairhope, Michael Warrick, FOX 10 News".
- The local news programs that appeared to had been part of the main
broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. on the
Wednesday of the fourteenth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned first; "FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned second) each appeared to have had a certain reporter (named Shelby Myers) saying, "We're not giving up, though" for certain parts of them (note: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of the part of the program mentioned first in this paragraph with the reporter appearing to do so)).
- The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main
broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 12:00
p.m. on the Thursday of the fifteenth day of this November ("WKRG News 5
at Noon") appeared to have had a certain video involving a certain
disembodied voice being used to say, "This is CBS' swat [or 'SWAT']...this is gulf
coast's swat [or 'SWAT']....News 5 will show you the difference...tonight at ten"
immediately before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in
that period of time that day (note: the local news program that appeared
to had been part of the channel during the first half of the hour of
10:00 p.m. that day ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had a certain video involving digital graphics with texts such as "SPECIAL
REPORT" and "REAL LIFE SWAT" (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of the part of the program involving this presentation)).
- The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the fourteenth day of this November ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to had audio of what might or might not had been the voice of a presenter for certain parts of it related to news (named Lenise Ligon) being used to say, "And we're saying goodbye to a very special member of the FOX 10 family today: Samantha, or Sammy Sam Sam as I call her, our nine o'clock producer; today is her last day", audio of what might or might not had been the voice of its a certain other presenter for parts of it related to news (named Byron Day) being used to say, "Her husband is in the military. He's been transferred to North Carolina. Samantha has been with us for almost a year and everyone here is certainly going to miss her. We know Samantha will be successful wherever she goes" immediately afterwards, and the voice mentioned previously being used to say, "We want to thank Samantha and her husband for the sacrifice that they -- that they are making for our country. We'll be right back" immediately afterwards while appearing to have had a certain image of a certain being with some graphics resembling texts of "BEST WISHES SAMANTHA".
