• A certain part of a certain Facebook page related to WPMI-TV appeared to have had some groups of text such as some text of, "The NBC 15 daily newsletter provides top stories and weather delivered to your inbox.  Sign up today: mynbc15.com/sign-up" related to its administration on the Friday of the thirty-first day of the month of July for this calendar year (note: certain videos related to WPMI-TV often appeared to have had involved some texts of, "NBC 15" and some graphics with parts resembling text of, "NBC" and, "15" prior to that day earlier this calendar year). 

• A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday of the fourth day of this August ("Studio 10") appeared to have had involved some digital graphics involving some groups of text such as some text of, "SPONSORED BY PLEXADERM", some text of, "1-800-696-5943/ Plexadermtrial.com", and some text of, "Studio10 Special - $14.95 Trial Pack & Free Shipping" (note: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had some videos similar to that part that day).
