• A certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a video with a menu involving some text of, "News 5 First Alert Storm Team helping you get weather radio prepared at Academy Sports" and some groups of text separate from a video such as some other text of, "News 5 First Alert Storm Team helping you get weather radio prepared at Academy Sports", some texts of, "by: WKRG Staff " and some texts of, "Posted: Jun 16, 2021 / 02:32 PM CDT / Updated: Jun 17, 2021 / 04:14 PM CDT" on the Saturday of the nineteenth day of this June (note: there often appeared to have had been some TV programming related to WKRG-TV involving some mentionings of "News 5 First Alert Storm Team" before that day earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one. 

• There appeared to have had been at least one video (or at least one kind of video with graphics similar to certain kinds of graphics that often appeared to have had been in some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (such as programming related to news) before this Sunday earlier this calendar year) being broadcast without audio or motion for a certain period of time (or at least one such video being broadcast for a certain period of time between one second and ten seconds (immediately after appearing to have had been broadcast with audio and motion for a certain other period of time (between one second and fifteen seconds) and immediately before appearing to have had been displaced by a different video being broadcast with audio and motion) on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the nineteenth day of this June (or at least one sub-channel related to WKRG-TV that often appeared to have had programming related to a TV programming service named Memorable Entertainment Television (or Me-TV) during that hour that day).
