•  A certain broadcast frequency related to WHIL-FM (or a certain broadcast frequency related to a certain Alabama Public Radio station named WHIL-FM) had involved voices with parts such as, "Good afternoon I am Joe Moody and you're listening to [a] weekend edition of All Things Considered here on Alabama Public Radio, a service of the University of Alabama", some instrumental music immediately afterwards, and some voices with parts such as, "I hope you are having a wonderful day, thank you so much for listening today" between the first and tenth minutes of the hour of 4:00 p.m. the Sunday of the fourth day of this month of December  (4:00:00 p.m. - 4:09:59 p.m.) (note #1: there were often voices involving mentionings of "Joe Moody" on the broadcast frequency related to the WHIL-FM mentioned earlier in this paragraph before the Sunday or day of December mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site related to the Alabama Public Radio mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had at least one section or page involving some text of, "Joe Moody" (or at least one such section or page involving some text of, "Joe Moody" appearing directly above some text of, "Senior producer & All Things Considered host") the Tuesday or day of November mentioned earlier in this paragraph)). 
  

• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "Jaleesa Foster, the manager of the center, came by the FOX10 News Studios and spoke with Shelby Myers about how the center helps people and what people can do to get involved or enroll someone they know." appearing directly above a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV) involving a static image appearing directly above some text of, "FOX10TV.COM" appearing directly above some text of, "Jaleesa Foster discusses E.A. Roberts Center’s services Infirmary Health’s E.A. Roberts Center is designed to help people with Alzheimer’s and other ..." related to its administration the Thursday of the eighth day of this December (note #1: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before the Thursday or day of December mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: there often appeared to have had been a contributor to some TV programming related to WALA-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WALA-TV) related to news) named Shelby Myers before the Thursday or day of December mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one)).
