company’s Wienermobile." related to its administration the Tuesday of
the eleventh day of this April.
- A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared
to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such
as some (unobjective) text of, "His shoe size is even larger than
Shaq's!" (appearing directly above a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV)
involving a static image appearing directly above some text of,
"FOX10TV.COM" appearing directly above some text of, "Teen with size 23
feet gets special shoes from Shaq" appearing directly above some text
of, "National footwear brands, including Under Armour and Puma, heard
about the teenager’s iss...") related to its administration the Tuesday
of the fourth day of this April (note: there often appeared to have had
been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible (and visual)
and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could
be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN)
being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or
at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before the
Tuesday or day of April mentioned earlier in this calendar year (of
2023) and during certain calendar years prior to this one).
- A certain broadcast frequency related to WHIL-FM (or a certain broadcast frequency related to a certain Alabama Public Radio station
named WHIL-FM) had involved voices involving words or phrases with part
such as, "I am Joe Moody and you are listening to Alabama Public Radio,
a service of the University of Alabama [pause] Hope you are having the
perfect Saturday afternoon and I hope that it [keeps on] getting better.
[pause] Thank you [so much] for listening" (while
having had music) during the first half of the
hour of 4:00 p.m. the Saturday of the fifteenth day of this April (note
#1:
there were
often voices involving mentionings of "Joe Moody" on the broadcast
frequency related to the WHIL-FM mentioned earlier in this paragraph
before the Sunday or day of March mentioned earlier in this
paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2023) and during the calendar
year just before this one (2022) (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site
related to the Alabama Public Radio mentioned earlier in this paragraph
had at least one section or page involving some text of, "Joe Moody"
(or at least one such section or page involving
some text of, "Joe Moody" appearing directly above some text of,
"Senior producer & All Things Considered host") the Saturday or day
of April mentioned earlier in this paragraph)).
- A certain Facebook page involving various texts of, "Nightmare Theatre"
appeared to had at least one section or part involving groups of text
such as some text of, "The time has come! Nightmare Theatre is now
available to PBS stations across the country via NETA - National
Educational Telecommunications Association ! If you don't get us already
on your local station, call or email your local PBS station and let
them know you want to see the show added to the lineup! Thank you WSRE
for making us available!" (appearing directly below some text of,
