• A certain "Twitter" page (or a certain page of a certain other (brand) name) involving various texts of, "Alabama Broadcasters" appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "Alabama Broadcasters @ALBroadcasters · Aug 8" appearing directly above some text of, "Sharing our second attendee to the @NABJ  conference in Birmingham.  Congratulations to Jeremy Jones, MMJ with @WKRG .   We hope you got a ton out of the conference!" related to its administration the Thursday of the tenth day of this August (note: a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had at least one section or page involving some text of, "Jeremy Jones" (appearing directly below a static image (or part of a hyperlink (connected to a certain other section or page of the same (involving some text of, "Jeremy Jones")) appearing directly above some text of, "Multimedia Journalist" the Thursday or day of August mentioned earlier in this paragraph.  
  

• A certain broadcast frequency related to WZEW-FM had involved voices involving words or phrases with parts such as, "This, is A-B-C [or ABC] News" at least once between the first and eighth minutes of the hours of 6:00 a.m., 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. this Friday (6:00:00 - 6:07:59 a.m.; 7:00:00 a.m. - 7:07:59 a.m.; 8:00:00 a.m. - 8:07:59 a.m.) (note #1: at least two of the parts of the hours mentioned earlier in this paragraph (or at least the ones for the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m. mentioned earlier in this paragraph) had involved this group of words at least once: "A-B-C [or ABC] News Now, I'm Tom Rivers" (note #2 : a certain World Wide Web site involving various texts of, "ABC News Now" appeared to have had at least one recording of audio (or at least one such recording on a certain page found through a hyperlink (appearing directly below some text of, "7:00 AM National") involving a rectangular graphic with certain parts resembling some text of, "PREVIEW") with certain parts similar to the audio mentioned earlier in this paragraph between the first and twentieth minutes of the hour of 7:00 a.m. this Friday (7:00:00 a.m. - 7:19:59 a.m.))). 

• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "FOX10News was live." appearing directly above some text of, "58 minutes ago" appearing directly above some text of, "Join FOX10's Vanessa Pacheco for today's trending stories!" appearing directly above a video related to its administration the Thursday of the tenth day of this August (note #1: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) (with or without audible mentionings of "News [or news]" immediately afterwards) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before the Thursday or day of August mentioned earlier in this earlier this calendar year (of 2023) and during certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or page involving groups of text such as some text of, "Vanessa Pacheco" appearing directly above some text of, "BREAKING NEWS AND TRAFFIC ANCHOR", and at least one section or page involving groups of text such as some text of, "Vanessa Pacheco" appearing directly above some text of, "Breaking News and Traffic Anchor" the Thursday or day of August mentioned earlier in this paragraph)).
