Commentary: A suggestion for any person, creature, or business (including any related to broadcasting either in southwest Alabama and certain areas near southwest Alabama)

No need for any kind of "lifetime" ban against any person or creature (suggestion: imagine being a person of an age less than eighteen years accused of assault (such as a certain move commonly used in certain sports) and disorderly conduct (the assault itself) on a certain property and given a "lifetime" banned from that property or any property related to it; thus meaning that person could potentially live to be one hundred years of age (possibly after having had succeeded in ways in life, possibly be in good state of life, and possibly be known for being a very good person) and still be banned from certain property over a terrible (and forgivable) mistake, whether the accusation was true or not).

(reason for suggestion: a certain news article (found on a certain World Wide Web site related to a certain TV station to southwest Alabama named WALA-TV (even though the news article was unrelated to southwest Alabama or any other area within the local broadcast area for the station named WALA-TV))

(one more suggestion: these Biblical verses: Ephesians 4:32 and Ephesians 5:2
