- Some of the local news programs that appeared to had been part of the
main broadcast channel for WALA-TV between this Wednesday and the Monday of the twenty-first day of this January each appeared to have a sequence of
animation involving graphics resembling texts of "FALLEN HERO" and "OFFICER Sean TUDER" while beginning to do so instead of appearing to have had introductions and sequences of animation related to them like those of other appearances of theirs that appeared to had been part of the channel before that Monday in recent times (note: a certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV and a certain World Wide Web site also related to WALA-TV appeared to have had some static images similar to the sequences of animation mentioned first in this paragraph this Wednesday).
- A certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to had been part
of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Wednesday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00
p.m.") appeared to have had of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it named Byron Day)
saying this for a certain part of it involving graphics resembling text of
"FUGITIVE FILES": "And this, Gains was not supposed to be the subject of
tonight's 'FOX 10 News Fugitive Files'. Tonight's fugitive profile...was supposed to be...Marco Perez. Right now Perez sits in a cell at
Metro, accused of capital murder, in the shooting death of Mobile police
officer Sean Tuder, on Sunday"* (*note #1: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV
appeared to have had a video similar to this part of the
program with the exception of these words (note #2: a certain news program related to
WALA-TV that appeared to had been part
of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of
9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday this Wednesday
("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had the same contributor saying this for a certain part of it similar to the one mentioned earlier in this paragraph: "And by the way. Gains was not supposed to be the subject of tonight's 'FOX 10 News
Fugitive Files'. Tonight's fugitive profile was supposed to
be...Marco Perez. Right now Perez sits in a cell at Metro, accused of
