part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on
the Thursday of the twenty-fifth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 5:00
p.m.") appeared to have had a certain disembodied voice being used to
say, "And you can watch this video again on our YouTube channel. Be sure
to subscribe so you can get notifications, when FOX 10 News has a post"
while appearing to have had some texts of "SUBSCRIBE." and "GET
NOTIFICATIONS" above a digital graphic with parts resembling text of
"FOX10" and a part involving text of "NEWS" and some text of "ON YOUTUBE" below it.
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-fourth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to had a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "And when severe weather [is] on the way, we are asking if you should be relying on those tornado siren warning systems. Our Tyler Fingert joins us live from the Mobile County EMA, with the breakdown. Also, a shocking and just gross story out of Mobile. Police right now hunting for a guy that they say punched a guy so hard, his eyeball popped out" with some videos and digital graphics involving texts of "SHOULD YOU RELY ON SIRENS?" and "GRUESOME CRIME".
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-third day of this
April ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had ended with a
certain contributor of its content (a certain presenter for certain
parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Still to come from here, a guy investigators say was high
almost crashed into their police station. He's arrested, we'll explain.
Plus, a local leader heading to Montgomery to testify on [a] gun bill. We
are going to hear from him, in our next half hour, but first" (note: the part appeared to have the some
videos and digital graphics resembling text of "COMING UP" for some of the words attributed to the contributor in this paragraph before
appearing to have had a certain location separate from the contributor with a certain kind of music often played near the ends of certain parts of other news programs like this one that appeared to have had been part of the channel before this Tuesday earlier this calendar year and the calendar year prior to this one (2018)).
