- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that
appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during
the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the twelfth day
of this May ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its
contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it
related to news named Lee Peck) saying, "Very unfortunate breaking news
tonight: a investigator with the Orange Beach police department confirms
with FOX 10 News that the boy from Friday's possible drowning has since
died" while appearing to have had some digital graphics with texts of "BREAKING NEWS", "8 YEAR
OLD CONFIRMED DEAD", and "FOLLOWING POSSIBLE DROWNING AT CARIBE RESORT" after appearing to have had a certain sequence of animation with digital graphics
resembling text of "BREAKING NEWS".

contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to
news named Lenise Ligon)
saying, "Hi there, everyone, I'm Lenise Ligon. Uh, Byron is off
tonight. We have a lot of breaking news to get to, tonight" immediately
after appearing to have had a certain sequence of animation with certain (digital) graphics resembling texts of "BREAKING NEWS" and "BREAKING WEATHER" and a certain disembodied voice being used to say "First with breaking news, and
breaking weather on the gulf coast, this is FOX 10 News at nine p-m.
Committed to you" and immediately before appearing to have had a certain
other sequence of animation with certain (digital) graphics resembling texts of "BREAKING
NEWS".
