- There appeared to have had been some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least a certain part of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news (involving some details related to weather)) involving a group of graphics with certain parts such as one involving some text of, "UMBRELLA FORECAST" (appearing directly below some text of, "LOCAL WEATHER COVERAGE YOU CAN COUNT ON") and one (resembling certain kinds of physical objects often called umbrellas) involving some text of, "Greene & Phillips" appearing near or above some text of, "INJURY LAWYERS" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) between the twentieth and twenty-seventh minutes of the hour of 12:00 p.m. the Friday of the twenty-fifth day this March (note #1: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) and TV programming unrelated to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming related to advertising) involving audible and visual mentionings of "Greene & Phillips" being broadcast in at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) before the Friday or day of March mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: a certain World Wide Web site involving various texts of, "Greene & Phillips" appearing near or above texts of, "INJURY LAWYERS" appeared to have had at least one section or page involving some text of, "Yesterday, we had the pleasure of co-hosting a telethon with WKRG that benefitted the Boys & Girls Clubs of South Alabama. We’ve partnered with this organization on numerous events throughout the year, and it has been a very rewarding experience. Over the course of the day, our lawyers helped raise over $51,000! These funds will help the Boys & Girls Club fund programs they have for children both after school and during the summer." (appearing directly below some text of, "June 19, 2019/by J.
