being used to say, "Switching gears" being broadcast broadcast on at
least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main
broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) between the beginning of the
Saturday of the twenty-third day of this April and the end of the Sunday
of the twenty-fourth day of this April.
- At least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main
broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) appeared to have had some TV
programming involving some voices being used to say phrases with part
such as, "Views from the WKRG News Five [or 5] Pensacola Beach [Camera
sponsored by]" being broadcast on at least
one broadcast channel
related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to
WKRG-TV) between the sixtieth minute of the hour of 4:0 00 a.m. this
Friday and first minute of the hour of 5:00 a.m. the Friday of the
twenty-second day of this April (4:59:00 a.m. - 5:00:59 a.m.) (note: at
least one of the channels related to the WKRG-TV mentioned earlier in
this paragraph (or at least one main broadcast channel related to that
WKRG-TV) appeared to have had some TV programming (related to that
WKRG-TV) related to news immediately after appearing to have had the
programming mentioned before this note earlier in this paragraph during
the hour of 5:00 a.m. mentioned earlier in this paragraph).
- A certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV
appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a video
near some groups of text such as some text of, "(WKRG) —
President-Elect Joe Biden is reportedly considering Mobile native and
retired four-star general Lloyd J. Austin III for Secretary of Defense."
(appearing indirectly below some text of, "NEWS" appearing directly
above some text of, "Biden considering Mobile native for defense
secretary" appearing directly above some text of, "by: WKRG Staff"
appearing directly above some text of, "Posted: Dec 1, 2020 / 03:09 PM
CST" appearing directly above some text of, "Updated: Dec 1, 2020 /

PM CST" this Tuesday (note: there often appeared to have had been certain parts of certain TV
programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain TV
programming related to WKRG-TV related to news) involving audible mentionings of "Lloyd Austin" (or parts of presentations of details related to news involving such mentionings) without audible mentionings of "Mobile" or "native" (or words similar to them) before this Tuesday earlier this calendar
year (of 2022) and during the calendar year just before this one (2021).
- A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV
appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some groups
of text such as some text of, "There were 26 nominations in all for
Amanda Ward and our Golden Apple team couldn’t ignore that. We presented
the award in her combined classes of about 60 students t J. Larry
Newton School in Fairhope." and some text of, "The Golden Apple Award is
a community partnership with Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning, RH
Radcliff Homes, Mobile County Sheriff's Office, Riviera Utilities, and
WKRG News 5." (near a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV
(specifically a part (or page) involving some images (including a video) and some
groups of text such as some text of, "SPONSORED CONTENT: GOLDEN APPLE"
(appearing directly above some text of, "More than two dozen nominations
for this Golden Apple winner–of course she makes it fun" appearing
directly above some text of, "by: Bill Riales" appearing directly above
some text of, "Posted: Apr 12, 2022 / 11:18 AM CDT" appearing directly
above some text of, "Updated: Apr 12, 2022 / 04:21 PM CDT") involving a
static image and some text of, "WKRG.COM" and some text of, "More than
two dozen nominations for this Golden Apple winner–of course she makes
it fun") related to its administration the Tuesday of the twelfth day of
this April (note: there often appeared to have had been a contributor
to some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of
such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) named Bill Riales
before the Tuesday of the twelfth day of April mentioned earlier in
this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain
calendar years prior to this one).
