- A certain broadcast frequency related to WHIL-FM (or a certain broadcast frequency related to a certain Alabama Public Radio
station named WHIL-FM) had involved some voices (or certain kinds of
voices) being used to say, "This is a test of the Emergency Alert System
[or emergency alert system]". [Repeat, this] is only a test", some silence and audible tones for a
period of time between five seconds and fifteen seconds immediately
afterwards, and some other voices (or some other voices of the kind
mentioned near the beginning of this paragraph) being used to say, "This
has been a test of the Emergency Alert System [or emergency alert
system]. If this had been an actual emergency, an official message would have
followed the alert tones" immediately afterwards between the fifty-fifth
and sixtieth minutes of the hour of 3:00 p.m. this Tuesday (3:54:00 p.m. - 3:59:59 p.m.).
- A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV
appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some groups
of text such as some text of, "Our Golden Apple Award winner this week
is Kathryn Stembridge from Daphne Elementary School. Rebecca Smith, a
student who nominated Ms. Stembridge through her mother, presented the
Golden Apple. Congratulations Ms. Stembridge and Daphne Elementary
School for a job well done!" appearing directly above some text of, "The
Golden Apple Award is a community partnership with Riviera Utilities,
Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning, Mobile County Sheriff's Office,
RH Radcliff Homes, and WKRG News 5." (near a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV)
involving a static image and some text of, "WKRG.COM" and some text of,
"Our Golden Apple winner has wanted to be a teacher since the third
grade") related to its administration the Tuesday of the fifth day of
this April.
- There appeared to have had been some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news (involving details to weather)) involving voices being used to say phrases with parts such as, "Take this projection with a grain of salt", Yeah, you got to take this with a grain of salt", "need a Greene & Phillips umbrella", and, "I don't know why I zoomed into there", and, "I'm just zoom happy" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) during the second half of the hour of 5:00 a.m. the Thursday of the twentieth day of this April (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) involving voices being used to say, "WKRG aerial footage, sponsored by Greene & Phillips" while appearing to have had some text of, "Greene & Phillips" appearing near or above some text of, "INJURY LAWYERS" being broadcast at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) before the Thursday or day of April mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one).
