(or at lease one such section or part involving such text appearing directly above a static image with certain parts such as some text of, "HURRICANE" appearing directly above some text of, "SPECIAL" appearing directly above some text of, "TODAY 6:30PM") and some text of, "WATCH: The First Alert Storm Team gets you ready for hurricane season tonight, 6:30 p.m." (or at least one such section or part involving such text appearing directly above a video) related to its administration this Monday. 
  

• A certain Facebook page related to a certain Mississippi Public Broadcasting appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some groups of text such as some text of, "ALERT: Weekend service interruption - WMAH will experience periods of low power this weekend due to maintenance to the antenna.
