  • At least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one sub-channel related to WKRG-TV with a virtual channel number of 5-3) appeared to have had some TV programming unrelated to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (unrelated to WKRG-TV) related and unrelated to advertising in that very order (including some graphics resembling some text of, "MeTV" as part of the programming unrelated to advertising) appear as if it had been all ready in progress immediately after appearing to have had some other TV programming unrelated to WKRG (involving parts of a certain kind of song often referenced as "The Star-Spangled Banner"; not involving a graphic resembling some text of, "MeTV") during the second half of the hour of 3:00 a.m. this Monday. 
  • There appeared to have had been a certain piece of electronic mail related to WKRG-TV (received on the Friday of the eighth day of this July) involving some groups of text such as some text of, "Hi [name of receiver of piece of electronic mail" appearing directly above some text of, "Come check out our contest Enter to Win: 2 VIP Tickets to The Doobie Brothers at The Wharf and a $100 gift certificate to Mile Marker 158! Enter for your chance to win between Friday, July 8, 2022 at 12:01 AM and Sunday, July 17, 2022 at 11:59 PM Central Standard Time." appearing directly above some text of, "Good Luck!" appearing directly above some text of, "WKRG" appearing directly above some text of, "Enter Now" (or some parts of a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV the Friday or day of July mentioned earlier in this paragraph)) appearing indirectly above some text of, "This is an advertisement." the Friday of the eighth day of this July. 
  • At least one streamer connected to at least one radio station related to southwest Alabama (or at least one such station (related to southwest Alabama) named WHEP-AM) had involved of voices being to used to say phrases with parts such as, "Channel 10 [or Channel Ten, Channel ten, channel ten, or channel Ten]" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 a.m. the Tuesday of the thirty-first day of the month of May earlier this calendar year (of 2022) (note #1: there often appeared to have had been at least one TV station related to southwest Alabama connected to having had a broadcast channel number of 10 before the Tuesday or day of May mentioned earlier in this paragraph (or at least one such (TV) station related to southwest Alabama named WALA-TV or WALA) earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: there was no audible mentioning of "WALA-TV" (or "WALA") immediately before or after the mentionings mentioned earlier in this paragraph)).
