station named WHIL-FM) had involved voices involving words or phrases
with parts such as, "This is a
test of the emergency alert system [or Emergency Alert System]. This is
only a test", some audible tones for a period of time between five
seconds and thirty seconds immediately afterwards, and voices involving
words or phrases with parts such as, "This has been a test of the
emergency alert system [or
Emergency Alert System]. If this had been an actual emergency, an
official message would have followed the alert tone" immediately
afterwards at least once between the fiftieth and sixtieth minutes of the the hour of 3:00 p.m. the Tuesday of the twenty-fourth day of this January (3:49:00 p.m. - 3:59:59 p.m.).
- A certain Facebook page related to WEAR-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "For those who look forward to 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' after our 10 p.m. newscast, looks like he's here to stay." (appearing directly below some text of, "September 21, 2022" (and appearing directly above a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WEAR-TV) involving a static image appearing directly above some text of, "WEARTV.COM" appearing directly above some text of, "| By WEAR ABC 3 NEWS, PENSACOLA" appearing directly above some text of, "Jimmy Kimmel signs 3-year extension for ABC late-night show" appearing directly above some text of, "Jimmy Kimmel celebrated his 20th anniversary as ABC's late-night host early, signing a three-y...")) related to its administration this Thursday (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WEAR-TV involving audible mentionings of "WEAR ABC 3 [or Three]" and TV programming unrelated to WEAR-TV involving audible mentionings of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WEAR-TV) during certain calendar years prior to this one (or during certain calendar years prior to this calendar year of 2023))
- A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "Covering severe weather like nobody else can- FOX10's STORMTRACKERS alert you first!" appearing directly above a video related to its administration this Thursday (note #1: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before this Thursday earlier this calendar year (of 2023) and during certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV (such as certain parts of such programming (related to WALA-TV) related to news) involving audible mentionings of "STORMTRACKERS [or storm trackers or stormtrackers or STORMtrackers or stormTRACKERS or storm TRACKERS or STORM trackers]" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before this Thursday during certain calendar years prior to this one (or during certain calendar years prior to this calendar year of 2023).
