• A certain Facebook page related to WAVH-FM appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "On Midday Mobile Sean Sullivan is talking to Chief Paul Prine and Sgt John Young" (appearing directly below some text of, "January 25 at 12:24 PM" appearing directly below some text of, "FM Talk 1065"); a certain World Wide Web site related to WAVH-FM appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "Chief Paul Prine and Sgt John Young talked about crime numbers, programs and Aniah's Law - Midday Mobile - Wednesday 1-25-23 - 7:15:" appearing directly above some text of, "FM Talk 1065" appearing directly above a player of audio (involving some that could be described as having had been an audible bleep); and a certain World Wide Web site involving some text of, "Anchor" appearing directly above some text of, "by Spotify" at least once appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "251 NOW with Kelly Finley--Mobile Police Chief Paul Prine" appearing directly above some text of, ,"The Community Round Table & 251 NOW with Kelly Finley • Jan 22" appearing directly above a player of audio the Sunday of the twenty-ninth day of this January (note: there were often audible mentionings of "Sean Sullivan" and "FM Talk 106 [or F M Talk One Oh Six Five]" on at least one broadcast frequency or streamer of audio related to WAVH-FM and audible mentionings of "Kelly Finley" on at least one broadcast frequency or streamer of audio related to WZEW-FM before the Sunday or day of January mentioned earlier in this paragraph during certain calendar years prior to this one (or during certain calendar years prior to this one calendar year of 2023)).
