• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving a hyperlink involving groups of text such as some text of, "FOX10 News" appearing directly above some text of, "Reels ᐧ May 29" appearing directly above some (unobjective) text of, "FOX10 has what you need to be STORM READY" (or at least one such hyperlink connected to a video appearing with groups of text similar to some of the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph) related to its administration the Monday of the twenty-ninth day of this May (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before the Monday or day of May mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2023) and during certain calendar years prior to this one).
  

• A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving a video appearing directly above groups of text such as some text of, "WKRG Dana Winter was live." appearing directly above some text of, "19h" appearing directly above some text of, "Happy Saturday everyone! WKRG Grant Skinner & I are getting ready for WKRG News 5 at 6!" related to its administration the Sunday of the twenty-eighth day of this May (note #1: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WKRG-TV (such as certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) involving audible mentionings of "WKRG News 5 [or Five]" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) before the Sunday or day of May mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2023) and during certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: there often appeared to have had been contributors to some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at certain certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news named Dana Winter and Grant Skinner before the Sunday or day of May mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2023)). 
  

• A certain World Wide Web site involving various graphics each involving certain parts such as some resembling some text of, "PERDIDO" appearing indirectly above some text of, "QUEEN" appearing, indirectly above some text of, "MOBILE" appeared to have had at least one section or page involving groups of text such as "Brunch cruise with your favorite Jazz broadcast by Catt Jazz: 92.1 The Zew" appearing directly above some text of, "Brunch Cruise with Jazz hits selected and broadcast live by Catt Jazz: 92.1 The Zew"  the Sunday of the twenty-eighth day of this May (note: there were voices involving words or phrases with parts such as "92.1 [or Ninety-two point one]" the "The Zew [or the Zoo or zoo]" on at least one broadcast frequency related to at least one radio station related to southwest Alabama named WZEW-FM before the Sunday or day of May mentioned earlier in this paragraph during certain calendar years prior to this one (or during certain calendar years prior to this calendar year of 2023) (update for Sunday, May 28th, 2023: there appeared to have had been at least one other section or page of the site mentioned earlier in this paragraph involving a certain feature (or at least one such feature involving some text of, "10:30am Mobile Dinner Cruise ⎯  Brunch Cruise with Catt Jazz from 92.1 The Zew broadcasting") capable of displaying a certain graphic (involving an address of a certain page involving certain groups of text such as some set to be mentioned (between quotation marks) after this point of this paragraph) involving groups of text such as some text of, "You're booking" appearing directly above some text of, "Mobile Dinner Cruise" appearing directly above some text of, "Sunday, June 4th 2023 @ 10:30am - 1pm" appearing directly above some text of, Brunch Cruise with Catt Jazz from 92.1 The Zew broadcasting" this Sunday (of the twenty-eighth day of this May).
