- A certain Facebook page involving various texts of, "MOBILE NOSTALGIA FOR OLD FOLKS AND YOUNG" appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "Who remembers a show on WKRG-5 on weekday afternoons hosted by a character named 'Jungle Bob', which I believe showed Tarzan and other types of movies or weekly serials? Later the host morphed to 'Scuba Bob.' I believe the host named 'Bob' was a news or sports personality at, or otherwise was employed by, WKRG at the time." appearing indirectly above some text of, "Jungle Bob was portrayed by Bob Bosworth. He also was a news anchor on WKRG. He and his family lived across the street from us when I was a kid. That was nearly 60 years ago. They moved to Nashville when Bob landed a job with a local television station there." this Thursday.
from one of the authors of a former World Wide Web site named Examiner.com, specifically two sections of it that were part of its existence: "Mobile (Alabama) TV Examiner" and "Mobile (Alabama) Radio Examiner" (note: this site could have certain features that could be seen without certain programs blocking them; each period of time mentioned on this site without any indication of the time zone to which it applied was a period of time for the Central time zone of the United States)
