• A certain Facebook page related to WEAR-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "WEAR ABC 3 News, Pensacola" appearing directly above some text of, "20h" appearing directly above some text of, "For the first time in the nation, the WSRE-TV Foundation is pursuing a lawsuit to block PSC from accessing millions of donor dollars in support of WSRE's community programming." appearing directly above some text of, " '...The lawsuit centers on a simple principle shared across the region: when private citizens step up to support a community mission, government should not be allowed to seize those charitable gifts for its own use,' according to a release." (appearing directly above a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WEAR-TV) involving a static image appearing directly above some text of, "WSRE-TV Foundation files lawsuit to protect donor funds from Pensacola State College") related to its administration this Friday. 

• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "FOX10 News   was live." appearing directly above some text of, "25m" appearing directly above some text of, "Our 10 Caring Gifts Toy Drive continues today at Walmart on Schillinger in West Mobile!" appearing directly above a video; and at least one section or part involving groups of text such as some text of, "FOX10 News" appearing directly above some text of, "FOX10 News" appearing directly above some text of, "18m" appearing directly above some text of, "10 CARING GIFTS   FOX10 is at the Walmart on Schillinger Road! Come see us and donate!   https://www.fox10tv.com/community/10-caring-gifts/" appearing directly above static imagery related to its administration the Tuesday of the ninth day of this December (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible (and visual) and mentionings of "FOX10 [or FOX 10]" (with pronunciations that could be spelled as FOX TEN, Fox TEN, FOX ten, fox ten, FOX ten, and fox TEN) (with or without audible mentionings of "News [or news]" immediately afterwards) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV) before the Tuesday or day of December mentioned earlier in this paragraph during certain calendar years prior to this one (or during certain calendar years prior to this calendar year of 2025)).  

• A certain World Wide Web site involving various texts of, "YouTube" appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a video appearing directly above some text of, "WKRG News 5 at 5pm (October 18, 2010)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "15 views  Dec 11, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "This was supposed to be WKRG News 5's first show in HD, but had to be reverted to SD for this airing."; at least one section or page involving a video appearing directly above some text of, "WKRG News 5 at 6pm (October 18, 2010)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "9 views  Dec 11, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "This was WKRG's first newscast to be produced in HD."; at least one section or page involving a video appearing directly above some text of, "WJTC-TV UTV44 Analog shutoff (February 17, 2009)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "18 views  Dec 11, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "The final moments of WJTC-TV before they turned off their analog signal during the digital transition."); at least one section or page involving a video appearing indirectly above some text of, "WBPG-TV analog shutoff (February 17, 2009)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "24 views  Dec 11, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "The final program on Gulf Coast CW WBPG-TV (now WFNA) in analog before the transition to digital."); at least one section or page involving a video appearing directly above some text of, "WEAR Channel 3 News at 10pm - First Newscast in HD (September 7, 2008)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "44 views  Dec 10, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "The very first HD newscast in the Mobile/Pensacola area.  Given the technology at the time, sadly it was only recorded in SD."; and at least one section or page involving a video appearing directly above some text of, "WALA Fox 10 News - First morning newscast in HD (April 23, 2012)" (appearing indirectly above some text of, "8 views  Dec 12, 2025" appearing directly above some text of, "On April 21, 2012, WALA became the third station in the Mobile-Pensacola market to produce their news in high definition with their 9pm show.  WPMI would go HD the following day with their 10pm show that evening.") this Friday.
