As of this writing, I am considering no longer using Facebook for research for this very site (and deleting the Facebook account used for such research) upon being reminded of how terrible Facebook and other similar to it are for society (and the health of every person or creature in general) and would encourage every other Facebook users to do the same (and archive certain information posted there such as images and historical articles before deleting their Facebook accounts (if they have such accounts)). As for the reason for this consideration: certain wrongful, disrespectful, and unfair Facebook blocking (without any reason given for such blocking).
(update for Tuesday, October 7th, 2026: a certain commentary published after this one named "Commentary: Another reason why society (or the universe) would be better off without Facebook and other World Wide Web sites similar to it (or more profanity on a certain Facebook page related to a radio station related to southwest Alabama named WZEW-FM (specifically profanity related to the administration of that page)")
(update for Saturday, October 10th, 2026: as of this writing, the Facebook account mentioned near the beginning of this commentary was set to be deleted)
