- Certain news programs related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 6:00 a.m. and the first half of the hour of 7:00 a.m. on the Sunday of the ninth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 6:00 a.m." for the hour mentioned first; "FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m." for the part of the hour mentioned second) appeared to have had a certain contributor (named Chelsey Sayasane) for certain other TV programs related to them (named "Good Day Gulf Coast" and "Studio 10") presenting certain parts of it related to news instead of a certain other contributor (a certain Asha Staples) who often appeared to have had been one doing so for some of the parts of it that appeared to have had been part of the channel in those periods of time on Sunday earlier this calendar year (note: a certain part of the program mentioned first appeared to have had the contributor named Chelsey Sayasane saying, "Good morning and thanks for choosing FOX 10 News on this Sunday Morning. It's June ninth. I'm Chelsey Sayasane in for Asha Staples" whereas a certain part of the program mentioned second appeared to have had her saying, Good morning and thanks for choosing FOX 10 News on this Sunday Morning. Today is June ninth. I'm Chelsey Sayasane in for Asha Staples this morning").
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 7:00 a.m. on the Sunday of the ninth day of this June appeared to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "MARK MEREDITH" and "FOX NEWS CORRESPONDENT" immediately after appearing to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "FOX 10 News correspondent Mark Meredith takes a look." (note: the program appeared to have had the contributor saying this immediately before appearing to have had her saying the phrase attributed to her earlier in this paragraph: "Good morning I'm Chelsey Sayasane in for Asha Staples. In the news this morning, the democratic presidential candidates have converged on Iowa trying to drum up support for their campaigns. The stakes are high. The hawk eye state is the site of the first nominating contest in the presidential election").
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WKRG-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this Monday ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Cherish Lombard) saying, "How about that for some good news. Here's some more" between certain parts of it related to news.
- A certain part of a certain World Wide Web related to WKRG-TV
appeared to have had a certain video involving a certain contributor
for certain news programs related to them (a certain Chad Petri) near
some text of "Fraud Fighters: Scam Calls", "Posted: Jun 09, 2019 07:25
AM CDT", "Updated: Jun 09, 2019 07:25 AM CDT", and "How to ferret out a
fraud on the phone with AARP Alabama" on the Sunday of the ninth day of
this June.
- At least one TV set (or a certain TV set for a certain brand of TV sets named "Vizio") often appeared to have had been capable of displaying only digital graphics with texts of "(No program description.)" and "(No program title.)" while appearing to have had a feed of programming for one of the broadcast channels for WALA-TV through an antenna between this Monday and the Saturday of the eighth day of this June.
