- A
certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the second
half of the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of
the fourteenth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared
to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain
parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying a certain phrase
("F-M Talk One Oh Six Five") often said in announcements related to certain programs for
WAVH-FM earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (transcript of this part: Byron Day: Other news now, Congressman Bradley
Byrne
and ALDOT, bickering again over a proposed toll on the new I-ten
bridge. Byrne appearing on Mobile's F-M talk one oh six point five this
morning, still claiming, that there are federal monies available
to help fund that project. He's also said he's met with ALDOT in
the
past, and says they've told him, quote, look, we've decided we're going
this tolling route. We don't need federal money. Unquote. ALDOT responded today with this statement. We sincerely regret any
misunderstanding that may exist with Congressman Byrne over the availability,
of federal funding for the Mobile River Bridge, and Bayway project. ALDOT has actively sought federal funding, and remains completely
open, to using any funding, anyone can provide, including, federal
funding (and a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "PROPOSED TOLL CONTROVERSY?" and "BYRNE FIRING
AT ALDOT ABOUT FEDERAL
FUNDING FOR BRIDGE" for some of what it appeared to have the contributor saying for this part (note:
the video appeared to have had alternated between appearing to have those texts next to each other and appearing to have had texts of "ALDOT
RESPONDS" and "FUNDING FOR MOBILE RIVER BRIDGE" next to each other for those graphics).
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared
to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Friday of
the fourteenth day of this June ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared
to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain
parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying a
certain phrase

Other news from us tonight, at ten, Congressman Bradley Byrne and ALDOT,
back at it. They are over that proposed toll on the new I-ten bridge.
Byrne appearing on Mobile's F-M talk one oh six point five this morning,

while appearing to have had a certain contributor of some of its content (a
certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Asha Staples) saying, "They've been part of Mobile for more than fifty years,
Autonation Ford, formerly Treadwell Ford, showing off their new look
with a grand opening. People got to see the new state-of-the-art
showroom, as well as browse the cars in there, and while Autonation may
be the new name, they tell us they're still in the same location,
off the east-I-sixty-five service road" before appearing to have had a certain part of a certain video with digital graphics appearing to alternate between appearing to have had
texts of "ALAN KALIFEH" and "AUTONATION FORD SALES MANAGER" next to
each other and texts of "AUTONATION FORD OF MOBILE" and "GRAND OPENING
EVENT" next to each other while appearing to have had certain other
being saying, "We were the oldest Ford dealership in Mobile, and now we
are the newest Ford dealership with this look. It--it's something to be
proud of, a name that's been here, uh, mmm uh, a flag that's been part
of Mobile, that everybody talks about, under the giant American flag.
It's--it's a-- it's a landmark, and it's a great day today for us, to
reopen it, and...call it Autonation Ford of Mobile" and a disembodied voice that might or might not had been
that of the contributor being used to say, "And to thank Mobile for
their continued support all these years, Autonation served complementary
food and drinks, as well as prize giveaways" while appearing to have
had digital graphics with texts of "AUTONATION FORD OF MOBILE" and
"GRAND OPENING EVENT" immediately afterwards.
