- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twentieth day of this December ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Byron Day) saying, "Well the man known as Etoe the shooter is now Etoe, in the slammer" before appearing to have had some a certain image involving a certain being appear between some digital graphics involving texts of "ARRESTED" and "DARIUS 'ETOE DA SHOOTER' THAMES" before appearing to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of " 'ETOE DA SHOOTER' CAUGHT" and "BOOKED INTO METRO JAIL THIS MORNING" appear immediately afterwards.
- A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Friday of the twentieth day of this December ("Studio 10") appeared to have had involved one of its contributors (a certain host for certain parts of it named Chelsey Sayasane) saying phrases such as this one: "Welcome to a special ladies edition, of Studio 10" (note #1: the part appeared to have had involved a certain other host named Shelby Myers (note #2: a certain other part of the program appeared to have had involved a host named Chelsey Sayasane saying phrases such as, "I love when Shelby fills, fills in. It's always fun. It's a fun ladies edition of Studio 10" and a host named Shelby Myers saying, "Yeah, we miss Joe, but we have a blast together" immediately afterwards)).
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-first day of this December appeared to have had involved some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for one of its contributors (a certain presenter for certain parts of it related to news named Michael Warrick) while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say, "All right, a big day, for the Mobile Fire Rescue Class nineteen o one, twenty, nine recruits, including a record, six women, completing the requirements to become the newest, firefighters. From all of us here at FOX 10, congratulations" while appearing to have had a certain video with digital graphics involving texts of "MFRD GRADUATION CEREMONY" and "FIREFIGHTER RECRUIT CLASS 19-01".
- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twentieth day of this December ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a certain reporter for certain parts of it related to weather named Matt Barrentine) saying, "Here comes, the area of low pressure working it's way across the gulf I was talking about. Look at noon on Sunday. Got any plans on your Sunday. Eh, sorry about that, it's going to be sloppy" and, "Something else I want to mention I don't know who I have to tell this to, but it's not going to be a great weekend to take out the boat, ok. Waves all ready four and a half feet. They're going to get higher out there. Probably about up to six or seven feet, if not higher. Um, winds are going to be even stronger with wind gusts up to twenty-seven miles per hour. So, um, there's plenty of great weekends to take the boat out. This ain't one of them. don't do it.").
