• A certain part of a certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had a video and some groups of text such as some text of, "WKRG with JBT Power. Paid Partnership" and some text of, " Tonight at 10 on WKRG News 5, Randy Patrick & Robby Baker will announce the Friday Night Football Fever MASCOT OF THE YEAR." related to its administration on the Tuesday of the fifteenth day of this December. 

• A certain stream of audio on a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site involving various texts of, "iHeartRADIO" and, "iHeartRadio" had involved some voices being used to say phrases involving a certain name ("FOX 10 News" (or "FOX10 News") often said in some news programming related WALA-TV in some phrases related to such programming before this day of December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one during the hour of 5:00 a.m. for this day (note: example of some of the phrases mentioned first in this paragraph: "Other stations cut away to New York at seven a-m for their news, but FOX 10 News covers the gulf coast all morning long")).

• There often appeared to had been a certain kind of program being broadcast on a certain kind of channel related to WEAR-TV (a main channel) at a certain period of time (the second half of an hour of 11:00 a.m.) on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the one for this day of December earlier this December (specifically a program related to advertising) instead of the kind of program that often to had been part of that kind of channel (related to WEAR-TV) during the same period of time on the same calendar days before this month of December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (specifically a program related to news and entertainment named "Extra"). 

• A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video and some groups of text such as some text of, "FOX10 News new look" and some text of, "UPDATED 6 HRS AGO | POSTED ON DEC 16, 2020" this day (note #1: there often appeared to had been news programming related to WALA-TV named "FOX10 News" or "FOX 10 News" before this day earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: the video appeared to have had certain kinds of digital graphics unlike certain kinds of digital graphics that often appeared to had been part of some of the news programming related to WALA-TV made before the Wednesday of the sixteenth day of this December earlier this calendar year)).
