• Certain parts of a certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had some videos near some groups of text such as some text of, "We are out here at the Walmart on the Beltline and need your help with our FOX 10 '10 Caring Gifts' Toy Drive", some text of, "Walmart donating to FOX10’s 10 Caring Gifts!", some text of, "Hey y’all!  We are collecting toys today for our 10 Caring Gifts Toy Drive!", some texts (two) of, "We are here at the Walmart on the Beltline and need your help with our FOX10 '10 Caring Gifts' Toy Drive", and some text of, "10 Caring Gifts Toy Collection" related to its administration this Wednesday (note: each of the texts mentioned in this paragraph appeared to have had been near some text of, "FOX10 News was live").

• A certain kind of broadcast channel related to WJTC-TV (a main channel) appeared to have had a certain kind of program (named "Business First AM with Angela Miles") appear at a certain period of time (the first half of an hour of 7:00 p.m.) other than the kind of program that usually appeared to had been part of a channel like this one (a main channel related to WJTC-TV) in that period of time on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday (usually a news program related to WPMI-TV) before the one for the eighth day of this December (Tuesday) earlier this calendar year and the calendar year prior to this one that day and this day (note #1: there often appeared to had been a program named "Business First AM with Angela Miles" being broadcast on a main broadcast channel related to WJTC-TV at a certain other period of time (the first half of an hour of 8:00 a.m.) on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the one for the eighth day of this December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: WJTC-TV and WPMI-TV often appeared to have had been members of a holding company named the Sinclair Broadcast Group before the eighth day of this December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar yeas prior to this one)).
