Sponsored by Maloney Lyons" (while appearing to have had some graphics involving some groups of text such as some text of, "MALONEY • LYONS")) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WALA-TV (or at least one such video being broadcast on at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV for a period of time between three seconds and six seconds) before the month of July for this calendar year earlier in the year whereas there appeared to have had been at least one other kind of video involving some other disembodied voices (or some other kinds of disembodied voices) being used to say, "Tune in to FOX 10 News at five thirty p.m. every Wednesday for the legal minute [or the Legal Minute [or The Legal Minute]]. Sponsored by Maloney Lyons" (while appearing to have had some graphics different from the kinds of graphics mentioned earlier in this paragraph (involving some text of, "MALONEY • LYONS")) being broadcast on at least one such channel (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WALA-TV for a period of time between three seconds and six seconds) during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Monday of the second day of this month of August.
