Commentary: Some suggestions for certain parts of certain kinds of broadcasts related to news that could happen

(note unrelated to this commentary: a certain part of a certain report for this site published before this commentary named "News for Tuesday, August 9th, 2022" (specifically one of its paragraphs) was amended (with at least one "update") this Wednesday (specifically the second paragraph from its bottom)) 

• A voice being used to say the word "quote" immediately before some voices being used to say words of a quotation immediately before a voice being used to say the word "unquote".
  

• No voice being used to say the word "quote" immediately before some voices being used to say what could be described as paraphrases. 
  

(first note related to this commentary (or the reason for this commentary): a certain broadcast frequency related to WNSP-FM had involved an voice being used to say the word "quote" immediately before some voices being used to say phrases similar certain paragraph on a certain World Wide Web site separate from this one (specifically one involving various texts of, "Instagram") with at least one difference (a voice being used to say the word "Monday" rather than the word "today" in accordance with the paragraph) before not having had a voice being used to say the word "unquote" immediately afterwards at least once during the first half of the hour of 7:00 a.m. the Tuesday of the ninth day of this August (second note related to this commentary: a certain World Wide Web site involving various texts of, "YouTube" appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a video with audio similar to the programming mentioned in the note just before this one the Tuesday or day of this August mentioned earlier in this paragraph (between these points of its length: 1:00:07 - 1:00:57))
