• A certain World Wide Web site involving at least one section or page involving some text of, "Dot Com Plus L.L.C." appearing directly above some text of, "A 21st Century Media Company" appearing indirectly above some text of, "Proudly powered by WordPress and designed by code reduction" involving at least one other section or page involving recordings of audio and some text of, "Mr. Rooney's Confiscated Cassettes" appearing indirectly above various groups of text for which other texts of, "Mr. Rooney's Confiscated Cassettes" were among their parts" this Saturday (note #1: a certain broadcast frequency related to WZEW-FM often had audible mentionings of "Mr. Rooney's Confiscated Cassettes" (or voices being used to say, "Mr. Rooney's Confiscated Cassettes") before this Saturday earlier this calendar year (note #2: WZEW-FM often appeared to have had been connected to a company named "Dot Com Plus" (or "Dot Com Plus L.
