- A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 7:00 a.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-first day of this March ("FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Asha Staples) saying this: "Good morning and thanks for choosing FOX 10 News on this Saturday morning. I am Asha Staples and we're going to check in first with meteorologist Matt Barrentine for a look at today's, weather forecast. Matt, as you can see working from home. We miss you here. We're going to continue to do our part with this social distancing with the coronavirus pandemic uh, Matt what can you look forward to deferring to us today for our forecast?" (note: the part appeared to have the contributors appear in digital boxes (below some digital graphics resembling text of "STORMtracker") separate from each other (with texts of "STUDIO" appearing under the one named Asha Staples and text of "SKYPE" appearing under the one named Matt Barrentine) involving certain locations separate from each other by this point).
- Some digital graphics in a certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Friday of the twenty-first day of this March ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had involved some texts of "UNKNOWN" and "MOBILE" while appearing to have had some disembodied voices and texts of certain words being said with the voices (note #1: some of the text ("BYRON") was a spelling for one of the names for one of the contributors for this part (a presenter named Byron Day) (note #2: the voices had involved these words being said: "You know Byron, I just wanted to let everybody know what I think of this virus, which I think is a big hoax. What I think it is is democrats trying to take uh they're trying to take over. They're socializing our country" (note #3: the texts were similar to these texts: " 'YOU KNOW BYRON, I JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYBODY KNOW WHAT I THINK OF THIS VIRUS, WHICH I THINK IS BIG HOAX. WHAT I THINK IT IS IS DEMOCRATS TRYING TO TAKE OVER. THEY'RE SOCIALIZING OUR COUNTRY.' " (note #3: the part appeared to have had some digital graphics resembling text of "SOUND OFF" and some groups of text such as some text of, " 'How is the coronavirus impacting your life?', some text of, "251-434-1012", and some text of "SOUNDOFF@FOX10TV.COM"))).

I am Asha Staples, checking in with meteorologist Matt Barrentine. We are practicing our social distancing. He, joins us from his home, his extra bedroom for a look at today's, weather forecast. Good morning, Matt" (note #1: the part appeared to have the contributors appear in digital boxes (below some digital graphics resembling text of "STORMtracker") separate from each other (with texts of "STUDIO" appearing under the one named Asha Staples and text of "SKYPE" appearing under the one named Matt Barrentine) involving certain locations separate from each other by this point (note #2: the part appeared to have had the contributor named Matt Barrentine (outside of one of the boxes) saying this immediately afterwards: "Good morning, Asha. Hope all is well back there at the studio. Like you were saying uh, we're we're just doing our best to follow the recommendations like, everybody else so here at FOX 10 we are doing our, we are separating everybody out, really trying to get things uh, we are still going to make things work, because you know we got to bring you the news, we got to bring you to weather and, uh, the good news here, with the weather is that it's, pretty quiet for us this weekend." (note #3: a separate part of the program that appeared to have had been part of the channel after the one mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had a presenter of news named Asha Staples saying, "One final check on our weekend forecast with meteorologist Matt Barrentine from the home. That is what I've been waiting for all morning Matt. Good morning kiddos. Ha ha, ha.", the contributor named Matt Barrentine saying, "Asha says good morning to you guys" immediately afterwards, a certain being appearing next to the contributor named Matt Barrentine saying, "Good morning" immediately afterwards, and the contributor named Matt Barrentine saying, "Eh all right, so yeah this is my this is my son Connor my son Bennett. Uh we are all hanging out of course at the house like we are you know like, like everybody else is doing, and so yeah just just enjoying some good family time. It's it's something we can get out of this situation that we're all having to deal with. Uh, obviously if you are hanging out with your family today, you are going to be seeing some nice weather."))).
