  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a reporter of news named Lee Peck) saying phrases such as these: "And uh coming from someone who lives downtown, uh, seeing these streets empty night after night   it's depressing. a lot of people looking for it to get back to normal, what we're calling, the good old days. Live tonight in down-town Mobile, Lee Peck, FOX 10 News" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "BREAKING NEWS" "NEW GUIDELINES ROLLED OUT", "GOV. IVEY & OTHERS EVALUATING SITUATION"). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a reporter of news named Lee Peck) saying phrases such as these: "Meanwhile, coming from someone who lives downtown, it's depressing uh to see these streets, empty night after night. Everyone we talked to wants to see things get back to normal, uh what what we're now referring to, as the good old days. Live tonight in down-town Mobile, Lee Peck, FOX 10 News"  (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "BREAKING NEWS", "GOVERNORS MAKING THE CALL", "STATES TO START REOPENING GRADUALLY AT OWN PACE" (note: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV each appeared to have had a video similar to this part on the Friday of the seventeenth day of this April).  
  • A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the second half of the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this April ("Studio 10") appeared to have had some digital graphics involving groups of text such as some (two) each appearing to have had some text of "Plexaderm" appearing above some text of "S K I N C A R E", one involving some text of, "PREVIOUSLY RECORDED", one involving some text of, "1-800-696-5943 / Plexaderm.com", and one involving some text of, "Studio 10 Special Offer - 50% Off & Free Shipping" (note: there often appeared to have had been certain parts of such programming similar to this one (also named "Studio 10") involving graphics similar to some the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph (with the exception of one appearing to have had text of "PREVIOUSLY RECORDED") before that day earlier this calendar year). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the fifteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter named Byron Day) saying, "Kristen has got to really work on revealing her true feelings about this" after appearing to have had a video not involving the contributor and some disembodied voices unlike the voices it appeared to have for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say, "Are you freaking, kidding me? The number of cases are going up and people are getting sicker and there's more deaths, and you want to reopen businesses. That's just the most stupidest thing I've ever heard of" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics and some groups of text such as some similar to these:  "SOUND OFF", "251-434-1012", "SOUNDOFF@FOX10TV.COM", " 'ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME! THE NUMBER OF CASES ARE GOING UP, AND PEOPLE ARE GETTING SICKER, AND THERE'S MORE DEATHS, AND YOU WANT TO RE-OPEN BUSINESSES? THAT'S JUST THE STUPIDEST THING I'VE EVER HEARD OF!' ", "KIRSTEN", and "Bay Minette") (note; certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV (near some texts of "Sound Off: Time to reopen business?") each appeared to have had a video similar to this part on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this April). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the sixteenth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Byron Day) saying, "Time now for another covid nineteen [or COVID-19] benefits information segment, with FOX 10 News investigative reporter, Brendan, Kirby, and he's back with us for an update, on those stimulus payments, and Brendan, viewers keep asking about eligibility, for those stimulus payments, and you told us, previously, that, if you owed taxes this year", one of its other contributors (a reporter named Brendan Kirby) saying, "Sorry, sorry, sorry, I'm sorry. I'm, I--" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving groups of text such as some text of, "GETTING THE FACTS", and some text of, "FOX10 NEWS ANSWERS YOUR COVID-19 QUESTIONS"), one of its other contributors (a presenter of news named Lenise Ligon) appear silent for  three seconds before appearing to have had, "All right, we'll try to get back, to that information with Brendan, but first, plans are underway to set up a major food distribution site in Mobile" (while not appearing to have had any other contributor) immediately afterwards (note #1: a separate part of the program that appeared to have had been part of the channel after this one in the same period of time that day appeared to have had a presenter of news named Byron Day saying phrases such as, "All right we're back for another covid nineteen benefits information segment with FOX 10 News investigative reporter, Brendan Kirby. Brendan's back with us for an update on those stimulus payments, and Brendan, our viewers keep asking about, eligibility, for the payments. You've told us previously that if you owed taxes this year, the government won't deduct that from, the stimulus payment, so, what about any past, tax debt" (note #2: certain parts of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV each appeared to have had a video similar to this part (near some text of "IRS using tax information to determine eligibility for stimulus money") on the Friday of the seventeenth day of this April)).
