  • The main broadcast channel for WALA-TV appeared to have had a video involving some disembodied voices being used to say phrases with parts such as, "Tune in to FOX 10 every Wednesday for the legal minute [or the Legal Minute [or The Legal Minute]]. Sponsored by Maloney Lyons" and some digital graphics involving certain groups of text (such as some text of "MALONEY • LYONS") between appearing to have had certain parts of a program named "Jeopardy!" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the twenty-eighth day of this April. 
  • A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the second half of the hour of 9:00 a.m. on the Wednesday of the twenty-month day of the month of April for this calendar year ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a reporter of weather named Michael White) saying, "So our old friend the puddle ducky he's back today. He loves this kind of weather" while appearing to have had an image involving a certain animated figure. 
  • A certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had some groups of  text such as some text of, "(WKRG) — Thousands of seniors across the Gulf Coast are missing out on special moments from their last school year. Every day on WKRG News 5, we will be honoring a senior passing through this important personal milestone. If you have a senior that you would like to nominate, send us their picture, name, and why they deserve to be nominated.   • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the twenty-third day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had some disembodied voices being used to say, "And something has to give, because twenty-six, million Americans have filed for unemployment benefits over, the last five weeks, that's a record. More than four million filing just, last week alone (in between appearing to have had a video with text of "26 MILLION UNEMPLOYED" and some digital graphics involving groups of text such as some text of, "BREAKING NEWS", some text of, "26 MILLION UNEMPLOYED", and some text of, "4.4 MILLION MORE AMERICANS FILE LAST WEEK") (note: the voices were similar to some of the voices it appeared to have had for one of it contributors (usually a presenter of news named Byron Day) while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak,  
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-fifth day of this April ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Michael Warrick) saying, "Well if you didn't hear your name called today, you're not going to the N-F-L. Tah-oo hundred fifty picks are complete in the N-F-L draft which wrapped up today. I just missed the cut, I would have been two fifty-seven. Ha ha ha, how cool is this, the New York Jets, scored Theodore native Lamical Perine who told me after the Senior Bowl just a few months ago, how much he hoped the team, would take a chance on him" before appearing to have had a video involving disembodied voices similar to the ones it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak and some digital graphics involving groups of text such as such as some text of, "TAKING A CHANCE ON PERINE", and some text of, "THEODORE NATIVE DRAFTED INTO THE NFL" immediately afterwards.
