  • A certain part of a certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the second half of the hour of 9:00 a.m. this Tuesday ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a host of some of its content named Joe Emer) saying, "So we're starting a new segment today that we're all excited about especially during this time, of the pandemic going on. It's called Curb-side Dining, and we're featuring, restaurants that, need a little help during this time, that want you to know about their business and all the great stuff that they offer, that they're still open during this time", one of its other contributors (a host of some of its content named Chelsey Sayasane) saying, "Yeah, and this one looks delicious y'all. Joe got to visit the folks at Barbecuing [or Bar-B-Quing] with My Honey. It looks so good. Check it out" immediately afterwards, some animated graphics and groups of text such as some text of, "IN THE", and some text of, "KITCHEN" immediately afterwards, and a certain video with some digital graphics involving texts of "GREAT FOOD CURBSIDE" and "BAR-B-QUING WITH MY HONEY" immediately afterwards (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video similar to this part that day). 
  • Certain parts of a certain World Wide Web involving various texts of "YouTube" appeared to have had some videos and some groups of text such as some text of, "Midnight Mass from the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Mobile Alabama.  WALA TV aired this service live." (near some texts of, "Midnight Mass Mobile AL ca 1993", and some text of, "Apr 28, 2020") and some text of, "Dot Moore Show from Prichard AL Dec 15 196?" (near some texts of, "Dot Moore Show Christmas Show from Prichard Alabama", and some text of, "Apr 28, 2020) this Tuesday (first update for Wednesday, April 29th, 2020: certain other parts of this site appeared to have had some videos and some groups of text such as some text of, "Dot Moore Show which aired on WALA TV May 27, 2001." (along with some text of, "Dot Moore Show 5 27 2001", and some text of, "Apr 29, 2020"), some text of, "Dot Moore Show which aired June 17, 2001 on WALA TV." (along with some texts of, Dot Moore Show Air Date of 6 17 2001", and some text of, "Apr 29, 2020) this Wednesday (second update for Wednesday, April 29th, 2020: the second part of the site mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had some text of "Dot Moore Show from Prichard AL.  Filmed on December 15, 1963." appear where it appeared to have had text of "Dot Moore Show from Prichard AL Dec 15 196?" before this update this Wednesday (third update for Wednesday, April 29th, 2020: a certain other part of the site mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have videos and groups of text such as some text of, "Dot Moore Show which aired June 10, 2001 on WALA TV." (near some texts of, "Dot Moore Show Air Date 6 10 2001", and some text of, "Apr 29, 2020") and some texts of, "Dot Moore Show which aired July 1, 2001 on WALA TV." (near some texts of, "Dot Moore Show Air Date of 7 1 2001" and some texts of, "Apr 29, 2020") this Wednesday))). 
  • A certain part of a certain news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 9:00 p.m. this Tuesday ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its contributors (a presenter of news named Byron Day) saying, "FOX 10 News, has been denied access to letting you know, the names of nursing homes and long-term care facilities, infected with the coronavirus. We believe you have a right to know that information. Well so far, the Mobile County Health Department has refused to give us that detailed information and then today, this", some disembodied voices similar to the voices it appeared to have had for the contributor while appearing to have had the contributor appear to speak being used to say, "In denying FOX 10 News access, a state health department attorney, cited an Alabama law which reads in part, all medical and statistical information, and reports, required by this article shall be confidential, and shall not be subject, to, the inspection, subpoena, or admission, into evidence, in any court" (while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "ALA.  CODE  22-11A-2" appearing above some texts of what the voices were being used to say after the word "say" by this point) (note #1: the part appeared to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "FOX 10 NEWS INVESTIGATES", "REFUSAL TO REVEAL", and "COVID-19 AT LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES" appear by this point) immediately afterwards, some disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned first in this paragraph being used to say, "Attorney Tommy James, (note #2: the part appeared to have had a certain other video and some digital graphics involving texts of "FOX 10 NEWS INVESTIGATES", "REFUSAL TO REVEAL", "COVID-19 AT LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES" appear by this point) who's fought state agencies for greater transparency, urging the governor to make a change, and allow this information, to become public" immediately afterwards, a certain being other than the contributor saying, "It's her decision to make, (note #3: the part appeared to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "FOX 10 NEWS INVESTIGATES", "TOMMY JAMES", and "ATTORNEY" appear by this point) other governors that made this decision and it's definitely in the public health interest and, (note #4: the part appeared to have had a certain other video and some digital graphics involving texts of "FOX 10 NEWS INVESTIGATES", "REFUSAL TO REVEAL", and "COVID-19 AT LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES" appear by this point) in the interest of these families and like you said others, uh, who have, families in nursing homes and others in the community where these nursing homes are" immediately afterwards, and some other disembodied voices similar to the ones mentioned first in this paragraph being used to say, "An attorney for FOX 10 News has challenged the state's interpretation of the law, arguing, that it protects the confidentiality of individuals, but not, facilities" immediately afterwards (while appearing to have had a certain other video appear with the digital graphics mentioned in the previous note by this point) (update for Wednesday, April 29th, 2020: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had a video with graphics, texts, voices, and phrases similar to the ones for this part mentioned earlier in this paragraph for a certain part of a certain other news program related to WALA-TV that appeared to have had been part of their main broadcast channel during the hour of 5:00 p.m. for this Tuesday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.")).
