(or at least one part of such programming involving a presentation of details related to news) being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) during the second half of the hour of 5:00 a.m. this Tuesday. 
  

• A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving a video near some groups of text such as some text of, "Do you know a first responder making a difference in your community?  Nominate them for the Smiles Behind the Shield Award on the link below then watch WKRG News 5 at 6p the last Thursday of every month to see who we honor.  Smiles Behind the Shield is brought to you by Rich's Car Wash, Benchmark Homes, USA Health University Hospital, and WKRG News 5." related to its administration the Tuesday of the twenty-first day of this December. 
  

• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some groups such as some text of, "GRAY TELEVISION, INC. is responsible for this Page." related to its administration the Sunday of the twenty-sixth day of this December (note #1: there appeared to have had been at least one Facebook page of this kind (related to WALA-TV) involving at least one section or part similar to the kind of section mentioned earlier in this paragraph with groups of text other the ones mentioned earlier in this paragraph (such as some text of, "MEREDITH CORPORATION is responsible for this Page.") relate to its administration before the Monday of the twentieth day of this December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #2: WALA-TV often appeared to have had been related to a holding company named the Meredith Corporation before this month of December earlier this calendar year and certain calendar years prior to this one (note #3: WALA-TV often appeared to have had been related to a holding company named Gray Television after the first day of this December))).
