• There appeared have had been some TV programming related to WKRG-TV (or at least certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) involving some voices being used to say phrases (or parts at least one presentation and/or reporter related to news) in which the word "senseless" was being said in unobjective (or opinionated) ways being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV) during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. the Sunday of the fifth day of this June.
  

• A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some text of, "Temps not as chilly tonight. Moisture is increasing. Join us !    Download our free app to get the latest radar updates and text alerts:" (appearing directly above some text of, "https://www.fox10tv.com/page/apps/" (or parts of a hyperlink (connected to a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV)) related to its administration the Friday of the twenty-ninth day of the month of April earlier this calendar year (of 2022) (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WALA-TV involving audible mentionings of "FOX10" with or without audible mentionings of "NEWS [or News]" immediately afterwards before the Friday or day of April mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one).

• A certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had at least one section or part involving some groups of text such as some text of, "Student scientists Cassie Stanish and Sailor Reynolds are making a big splash detecting red tide and forecasting it. These students are taking water samples three times a week to make sure that our waters stay clean." appearing directly above some text of, "Growing the Gulf Coast is a community partnership with Alabama Power  and WKRG News 5." appearing directly above some text of,  "#AlabamaPower #PEP" related to its administration the Thursday of the second day of this June (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming related to WKRG-TV (such as certain parts of such programming (related to WKRG-TV) related to news) involving audible mentionings of "WKRG News 5 [or Five]" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel (or at least one main broadcast channel) related to WKRG-TV before the Thursday or day of June mentioned earlier in this paragraph earlier this calendar (of 2022) and during certain calendar years prior to this one).
