involving involving some voices being used to say, "Tonight's prime
lineup on CBS is brought you locally by Mountain Dew. Do the Dew!"
during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. the Monday of the
twenty-seventh day of this June.
- A certain streamer related to a certain radio station related to southwest Alabama named WHEP-AM (specifically
one involving at least one graphic involving some text of, "Tune"
appearing to the left of some text of, "IN" accessible through a certain
application of a certain Roku device) had involved audio of some
voices being used to say parts of a certain kind of song often
referenced as "The Star-Spangled Banner" during the first half of the
hour of 6:00 a.m. the Tuesday of the twenty-eighth day of the month of
June earlier this calendar year (of 2022).
- A certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV
appeared to have had at least one section or page involving a video
near some groups of text such as some text of, "NEWS" appearing directly
above some text of, "WKRG News 5 & Lifesouth teaming up for blood
drive Wednesday, June 29" appearing directly above some text of, "by:
Brett Greenberg" appearing directly above some text of, "Posted: Jun 29,
2022 / 01:11 PM CDT" appearing directly above some text of, "Updated:
Jun 29, 2022 / 01:36 PM CDT" appearing indirectly above some text of,
"MOBILE, Ala. (WKRG) — WKRG News 5 and Lifesouth Community Blood Centers
have teamed up for a blood drive on Wednesday, June 29." this Wednesday (note: there often appeared to have had been TV programming
related to WKRG-TV (such as certain parts of such programming (related
to WKRG-TV) related to news) involving audible mentionings of "WKRG News
5 [or Five]" being broadcast on at least one broadcast channel related
to WKRG-TV (or at least one main broadcast channel related to WKRG-TV)
before this Wednesday earlier this calendar year (of 2022) and
during certain calendar years prior to this one).
