Sexual harassment against broadcasters (or people or creatures of any position) in comment sections.

(suggestion #1: report any harassment of the kind mentioned before this suggestion earlier in this paragraph to administrators or company officials of any of the kinds of sites mentioned in the name of this commentary) 

(suggestion #2: alternatives to comment sections and "liking" or "disliking" for sites such as Flickr and YouTube (specifically private messaging for those sites such as electronic mail/e-mail))
