Rename that law (out of respect and consideration for the person for whom it was named (and for not knowing whether that person would had approved of that law or not; or approved of being associated with it or not); and out of respect and consideration for any other person or creature with the same name as that person (or a name with at least one pronunciation similar to at least one pronunciation of the name of that person while having a spelling unlike that of the name of that person))
