Close all YouTube comment sections (without leaving any message indicating their existence such as "Comments are turned off."), prevent any other such section from being created, allow YouTube account holders to archive certain comments before closing, delete or disable "like" and "dislike" features for any YouTube video, delete or disable "Popular" (video listing) options for any YouTube channel, and allow for (the option of) any YouTube channel holder to receive private instant messaging (reason for suggestions: many vulgar, violent, evil, inconsiderate, insensitive, dangerous, harassing, and inhumane YouTube comments)
