- The official Facebook page for a local TV program dedicated to
entertainment and lifestyles that was usually set to appear on the main
broadcast channels for WPMI-TV and WJTC-TV in recent times ("Gulf Coast Today") had a message
dated for the Friday of the twenty-fourth day of this March about it
being on hiatus by then (the channel for WPMI-TV had extra segments for
the local news program that was usually part of its programming only
during the first half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. from Monday through
Friday in recent times ("Local 15 News at Noon") whereas the channel for WJTC-TV had a syndicated
episode of a comedic TV program named "The Simpsons").
- The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. this Monday ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") had a report about some weather reporters for their local news operation (named Matt Barrentine and Adam Olivier) visiting an elementary school in the city of Mobile in southwest Alabama (named Forest Hill Elementary) with an automobile described as their new "storm tracker vehicle" (the presenter of the report (Bob Grip) had referred to their visit as "FOX 10 Weather School" before saying it was part of their commitment to their audience and their community (his exact words were, "Part of our commitment to you and the community").
