The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel
for
WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the eighth day of
the month of July for the calendar year 2018 ("FOX 10 News at 9:00
p.m.") appeared to have had this conversation between its news
presenters (Lee Peck and Shelby Myers)
Lee Peck: All right, have you heard of pickle ball
Shelby Myers: I have.
Lee Peck: Ok, well, I haven't. No pickles, we're told, are involved, but the sport is kosher.
Shelby Myers: In fact it's growing in popularity, especially on the Eastern Shore. Bri MacNaught tells us more.
(the
program appeared to have had a certain video involving digital graphics
and text of "GROWING RAPIDLY" and "PICKLEBALL GAINS POPULARITY"
immediately afterwards)

(indistinguishable talking and laughter between the hosts)
Joe Emer: Come sit down.
Chasity Byrd: she's stopped back -- she says no -- she's stopped by to see everyone and say hello. She's back in town--
Joe Emer: Yeah.
Chasity Byred: -- Rebekah, with us, uh, for a long time anchor and reporter--
Joe Emer: Here at FOX 10.
Chasity: Yeah.
Joe Emer: Yep, back in town; moved to Colorado. Good to see her.
Chasity Byrd: And she says Colorado is going good.
Joe Emer: Unfortunately, we don't have Colorado-like weather right now.
Chasity Byrd: Yea--yeah. Rebekah, how's that humidity. Is it good?
Chasity Byrd: She says it's dry...out there. We don't know what she's talking about because we don't--we don't see that.
Joe Emer: Yeah.
