  • A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had received a certain image involving a certain graphic similar to certain graphics that appeared to had been part of some of the local news programming that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV before this Monday in recent times with texts such as "can you do a story on why you can drive in the left lane like this WKRG car making us pass on the right witch is illegal" from outside of its administration this Monday.
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this Monday ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Rose Ann Haven) saying, "Don't you just hate it when you get [one of] those annoying robocalls?" for one of its presentations. (note #1: a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had received a video of what might or might not had been a recording of some other parts of the program involving a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Coming up on 'News 5' at six thirty: You hate those annoying robocalls and experts say...they don't expect them to let up anytime soon, but we'll tell you about some new technology that's hoping to cut down on the calls and annoyances" this Monday  (note #2: the voice might or might not had been that of the other news presenter for the program (Peter Albrecht)).
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. this Monday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to had one of its news presenters (Byron Day) saying, "Well the L-A Dodgers  and Milwaukee Brewers went to seven games with the Dodgers coming out on top. Sorry Joe Emer, our resident Brewer fan -- now it's a bi-coastal word series -- World Series rather -- with Los Angeles playing the Red Sox. You can watch it all right here on FOX 10 beginning tomorrow night, from Boston; first pitch is scheduled for seven o'nine. Now this is the first time the Red Sox and Dodgers have met in the series since nineteen sixteen, when the Dodgers were called the Robbins and the Red Sox had some young pitcher named Babe Ruth (note: the program appeared to have had an image involving some text of  "THE FALL CLASSIC" and some graphics resembling texts of "2018", "WORLD SERIES", and "BEGINS TOMORROW" while appearing to have had news presenter saying the words attributed to him after the word "fan" earlier in this paragraph).

  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV between the nineteenth and the forty-ninth minutes of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twentieth day of this October ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had a video regarding a certain "audition" for a certain "show" named "Survivor" (a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had received a video similar to that part of the program this Sunday). 
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV between the fifteenth and the fifty-fifth minutes of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twentieth day of this October appeared to have had its news presenter (Shelby Myers) saying, "Welcome back, everyone. Your time now is ten thirty" immediately after one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day (note: the channel usually did not appeared to have a local news program involving phrases similar to the one attributed to the news presenter mentioned earlier in this paragraph during the hour of 10:00 p.m. before this Saturday in recent times).
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 7:00 a.m. this Sunday ("FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m.") appeared to have had some fading in some of its audio (including audio of a certain voice being used to say, "Shots fired in the Birdville community leave one person dead; two others recovering in the hospital, and a beloved educator is being laid to rest. Charlotte Skoda's life is remembered and celebrated. 'FOX 10 News' [fading] at seven a-m" and, "And we have some educational programming coming up*, which is why we are a little bit short this morning and hope that you can enjoy your beautiful day out there. [fading] Thank you so much" (*note #1: the channel appeared to have had a different program during the second half of the hour of 7:00 a.m. this Sunday (note #2: the channel usually appeared to have had a local news program named "FOX 10 News at 7:00 a.m." in that period of time on Sunday before then in recent times)).

  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Friday of the nineteenth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Well, in a little less than four hours, we're going to know the winning numbers for that one billion dollar jackpot. A lot of money at stake, but the odds of you winning both the Powerball and the Mega Million: one in eighty-eight quadrillion. That's a lot of zeros, ok. You're more likely to get eaten by a shark in Bienville Square, or you're more likely to get a royal flush in poker. The drawing is at ten o'clock; good luck if you're playing. When we come back, a lot on the line for Blount and Spanish Fort -- the Leopards versus the Toros, the big region's match up, coming up, and...here's some breaking news for you: the six numbers could be worth one billion dollars. The numbers, just drawn in the Mega Millions game -- hey, if got the winning numbers, thanks for being my best friend, give me a call only if you've won. We'll need to talk. Let's listen in" over a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "REMEMBERING CHARLOTTE SKODA" and "FAITH ACADEMY HONORS TEACHER/ADMINISTRATOR" (note: the voice either might or might not had been that of a news presenter for the program named Lenise Ligon).

  • A certain Facebook page related to WALA-TV appeared to have had received a certain message involving a certain name often used for some local news programs that were often part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV before this Friday at certain hours in recent times ("FOX 10 News"), a name often used for a certain contributor for some of those programs during those times (a certain news presenter for them named Lenise Ligon), and the name of a certain host for a certain national radio program named "The Tom Joyner Morning Show" (a certain Tom Joyner) with a certain group of images from its administration this Friday (note: the local news program appeared to have had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV this Friday ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had its news presenter (Byron Day) saying, "Hundreds of folks gathering in Mobile today to celebrate the spirit of small business: the two thousand eighteen Eagle Awards program held at the Battle House. The Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce presenting the Eagle Awards to minority-owned businesses that contributed to the health of the gulf coast economy.   • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the seventeenth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had a certain conversation between two of its contributors (Byron Day (news presenter) and Lenise Ligon (news presenter)) involving words such as "Mega Millions", "lottery", and "jackpot"  (with a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "$900 MILLION JACKPOT" and "NO MEGA MILLIONS WINNER LAST NIGHT" between certain parts of the conversation itself).
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the sixteenth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had audio of its news presenter (Byron Day) saying, "Well, the Mega Millions jackpot winning numbers' just coming down. Those stories and more coming up at ten" over a certain video involving some digital graphics and text of "COMING UP" near the end of its time on the channel for that period of time that day. 
  • The local news program that appeared to had been part of the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the fifteenth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had the voice of one of its news presenters (Lenise Ligon) being used to say, "A cold-blooded killer's life is spared; Lam Luong, the guy who viciously threw his four children from the Dauphin Island Bridge getting life behind bars without parole" and the voice of its other news presenter (Byron Day) being used to say,, "This horrifying crime happening back in two thousand eight --  Luong was convicted and sentenced to die in two thousand nine, but earlier this year,  his defense team argued that Luong is ineligible for execution because of intellectual disabilities, and the state of Alabama agreed" immediately afterwards.

We'll see you tomorrow" for a certain part of it that appeared to had been part of the last ten seconds of its broadcast for that period of time that Sunday.  
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. on the Monday of the fifteenth day of this October ("WKRG News 5 at 6:30") appeared to have had its news presenter (Rose Ann Haven) saying, "News 5's Katarina Luketich was the only local reporter with the president as he toured the damage. This is some of the video that she and her photographer Jake Cannon shot while on tour with the president. Thousands of you watched this live on the WKRG Facebook fan page" while appearing to have had a certain video involving digital graphics with texts of "MICHAEL AFTERMATH", "NEWS 5 TOURS DAMAGE WITH PRESIDENT TRUMP", and "KATARINA LUKETICH WAS THE ONLY LOCAL REPORTER ON THE TOUR".

  • A certain TV program dedicated to entertainment and lifestyles that usually appeared on the  main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 a.m. this Monday ("Studio 10") appeared to have had one of its hosts (a certain Joe Emer) saying, "We are here at the brand new Rouses location in West Mobile for a very, very special cooking segment today with Chef Nino from Rouses. Good to see you as always, my friend" and, "And we also have a live studio today. Give Chef Nino a round of applause" for a certain part of it related to cooking (note #1: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of this part of the program (note #2: not every previous broadcast of the program in this period of time before this Monday had an audience)). 
  • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 6:00 p.m. this Monday ("WKRG News 5 at 6") appeared to have had audio of one of its news presenters (Devon Walsh) saying, "Coming up, all -- all new on News 5 tonight. Oh boy that line up looks good beginning with 'Neighborhood' at seven, 'Happy Together' at seven thirty, 'Magnum P-I' at eight, 'Bull' at nine, and of course, join Rose Ann, Alan, and Randy Patrick for 'News 5' at ten" while appearing to have had some digital graphics involving texts of "WHAT'S ON NEWS 5 TONIGHT", "7:00 PM: THE NEIGHBORHOOD", "7:30 PM: HAPPY TOGETHER", "8:00 P.M: MAGNUM P.I.", "9:00 PM: BULL", and "NEWS 5 AT 10:00 PM" appearing beside some graphics resembling text of "CBS".

    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the fourth day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its news presenters saying this for one of its presentations: "The zoo is looking for -- hello -- new team members to provide nutritious meals to more than six hundred animals every day" (note #1: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of that presentation and the news presenter appearing to interact with its other news presenter (Lenise Ligon) immediately afterwards (note #2: a transcript of the presentation and what the news presenters appeared to had been saying to each other immediately afterwards along with some phrases that were not part of the recording was added a certain part of this very site named "Conversations in Broadcasting" this Friday (under text of "Conversations in Broadcasting #44"))). 
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on the Thursday of the fourth day of this October ("WKRG News 5 at 5") appeared to have had one of its news presenters (Peter Albrecht) saying, "Thanks for watching, everyone. 'The CBS Evening News' is" before appearing to have had a certain sequence of animation that usually appeared near the ends of its broadcasts in this period of time before then in recent times immediately afterwards near the end of its broadcast for that period of time that day (note #1: "The CBS Evening News" was the name of a certain news program for the main provider of network programming of WKRG-TV that usually appeared to had been part of the channel mentioned earlier in this paragraph during the second half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the day also mentioned earlier in this paragraph (note #2: the name of the provider was the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS) (note #3: the part of the World Wide Web site mentioned in the third paragraph from the top of this report appeared to have had at least one video involving a sequence of animation similar to the one mentioned earlier in this very paragraph))).

    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the third day of this October ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have reports of a certain "casting call" with some digital graphics involving texts such as "SURVIVOR AUDITIONS COMING TO OWA", "COVERING FOLEY", "Survivor Casting Call", "Saturday, October 20", "10am-2pm", and "OWA" (note #1: a certain part of a World Wide Web site related to WKRG-TV appeared to have what might or might not had been a recording of that part of the program (note #2: one of the breaks for the program in that period of time afterwards appeared to have had a video involving details similar to those parts  (note #3: the part of the World Wide Web site mentioned in the first note appeared to have what might might or might not had been a copy of the video mentioned in the second note (note #4: a certain Facebook page related to WKRG-TV appeared to have had received a video similar to the one mentioned in the second and third notes (with digital graphics similar to those of the news program) from its administration during a previous hour for this Wednesday)). 
    • The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 5:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Wednesday of the third day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 5:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned first; "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m." for the program mentioned second) each appeared to have had a certain video involving a certain being speaking in front of an open doorway and a door closing in front of the being as he or she still appeared to had been speaking there (note #1: the being appeared to had been saying "I'm with FOX 10 News and I wanted to know if Todd was here and he wanted to say anything" while appearing to had been in front of the doorway (note #2: the program mentioned second appeared to have had its news presenters (Byron Day and Lenise Ligon) saying the following statements in the following order immediately before appearing to have had such a video: (Lenise Ligon:) "A local prep sports academy in Mount Vernon shuts down and people want to know why." (Byron Day:) "Our FOX 10 News Shelby Myers went looking for answers from the owner of Gulf Sports Academy, but had the door slammed in her face, literally." (note #3: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or what might not had been a recording of the part of the program mentioned first involving such a video))).

    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the first day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m.") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Matt Barrentine) saying, "So, I know, it's October second, but we're just going to have to continue to put, uh, fall on, I mean we're going to have heat index values -- once again, like I--I mentioned mentioned this earlier -- I mean guys I shouldn't be showing this graphic anymore, but, you know it's--it's just what we have and we're going [to be] dealing with heat index values in the mid to upper nineties and that's not going to change as we continue to look on through here the next seven days, we're going to continue to see very warm temperatures get all the way through the next seven days". 
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. on the Tuesday of the second day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m.") appeared to have had its news presenter (Bob Grip) saying, "Plus, a new emergency alert system is set to be tested tomorrow, and if you own a cell phone -- and everybody does -- it affects you. What you need to know is coming up" in spite of it being having been false by then (note: a certain part of a certain World Wide Web site named Livestream that usually appeared to have had local news programming for WALA-TV in recent times appeared to have had this part of the program being streamed with closed captions involving words different from those of this part of the program (transcript of captions: "PLUS, A NEW EMERGENCY ALERT SYSTEM IS SET TO BE TESTED TOMORROW. AND IF YOU OWN A CELL PHONE, IT AFFECTS YOU. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW")). 
    • The local news programs that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WALA-TV during the hour of 9:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Monday of the first day of this October ("FOX 10 News at 9:00 p.m." for the hour mentioned first; "FOX 10 News at 10:00 p.m." for the part of the hour mentioned second) each appeared to have had a video involving a certain disembodied voice being used to say the word "hell" in a profane way (note #1: a certain part of the World Wide Web site named Livestream mentioned in the paragraph above this one appeared to have had those videos being streamed without any closed-captioning of the word being said that way or even the word itself (note #2: the video on the program mentioned first appeared to have had no closed captions at all while being streamed (note #3: a certain World Wide Web site related to WALA-TV appeared to have had what might or might not had been a recording of the video for the program mentioned first (the video on the program mentioned second appeared to have had some digital graphics involving texts different from those of the video on the program mentioned first (including "CAUGHT ON CAMERA" and "THIEVES BURGLARIZE STORE/$2,500 REWARD FOR INFO"))).
    • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-ninth day of this September ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had no audio while appearing to have had a certain reporter (named Nicolette Schleisman) moving her mouth immediately after appearing to have had a certain piece of video without any part of her self before suddenly appearing to have had audio of her speaking immediately afterwards and some audio of a certain disembodied voice being used to say, "Welcome back to News 5 at ten o'clock. We got to talk Crimson Tide football. I was going to come on and tell you that Jason had broken the system and then come back to work to work for sports, and yet, duh, we have more technical difficulties, so we're gong to come back and tell you what happened today between the Crimson Tide and the Ragin' Cajuns" while appearing to have had a certain image involving text of "ALABAMA CRIMSON TIDE" (note #1: the part of the program involving the disembodied voice appeared on the channel immediately after one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in the period of time mentioned earlier in this paragraph (note #2: the voice might or might not had been that of a certain other reporter for the program named Robby Baker  (note #3: the word "Jason" was part of the name of the news presenter for the program (Jason Carter)).

    News for Tuesday, October 2nd, 2018

      • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during some of the second half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. and the first half of the hour of 11:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the thirtieth day of the month of September for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had audio of a certain speaker saying a certain word often used in referencing more than one subject in years past to reference only one subject while appearing to have had a certain map involving texts of "SONIC EMPLOYEE ROBBED AND SHOT", "WIGGINS, MS", and "Robbery & Shooting" (transcript of the speaker: "And new tonight, A Sonic employee is in stable condition after they were robbed and shot earlier this morning. It happened in Wiggins, Mississippi. Police there tell us it happened at around one this morning. Now the victim, who actually works at that Sonic called the police after they were shot. Police chief Matt Barnett says the suspect shot the victim back and then fled. Now they actually have a lead on one suspect, but anybody with more information is urged to contact the police department" (note: the speaker might or might not had been been that of the news presenter for the program (Jason Carter)). 
      • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-ninth day of the month of September for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "Well a dog was bitten by an alligator in Baldwin County. The Bay Animal Clinic posted pictures of Bonnie -- a really cute little brunette-like labrador dog -- after she was bitten twice -- there we go  --  bitten twice on Fly Creek. The clinic warns quote, these creatures are lurking, so be aware of your surroundings. Most dogs...don't survive encounters with gators. The clinic says Bonnie is doing better and is currently healing" (note: the program also appeared to had static images of a dog and a crocodile/gator immediately before the words "after she was bitten" were said) and, "Well happening now, if you get up to Montgomery, the Alabama State Fair is taking place. It's all underway. Gates opened last night at the Garrett Coliseum in Montgomery. Fire marshals and health department were on the fairgrounds...making sure everything was ready. However listen to this: the state of Alabama doesn't require state inspections of amusement park rides, but, an independent rides inspector is there to inspect as they was set up, so, fingers crossed everything is good and safe. This year the fair starts, uh, a new, week -- a few weeks earlier than in the years past, but it will run until October eighth. Well coming up... horrible story of a teen attacked by a shark. We take you where the attack occurred and explain what may have caused it next. Plus, a ride across Baldwin County raises money for the children's research hospital that saved one of the bikers' lives" immediately before one of its breaks from appearing on the channel in that period of time that day.
      • The main broadcast channel for WJTC-TV appeared to have had a certain TV program concerning certain other TV programs (with digital graphics resembling texts of "NBC Primetime Preview") at a time in which its programming usually appeared to have had involved a certain program concerning various forms of entertainment and styles of life on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday since the first half of the month of September for this calendar year ("Gulf Coast Today" during the first half of the hour of 6:00 p.m.) on the Thursday of the twenty-seventh day of that month (note #1: the channel usually appeared to had been set to have a certain other program concerning various forms of entertainment "Extra" during that period of time and the one named named "Gulf Coast Today" during the second half of the hour of 5:00 p.m. on those calendar days before that month (note #2: the main broadcast channel for WPMI-TV usually appeared to had been set to have the program named "Gulf Coast Today" during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. on calendar days other than Saturday and Sunday before the day of the month mentioned earlier in this paragraph (note #3: the channel for WPMI-TV appeared to have had a news program from their main provider of network programming (the National Broadcasting Company (NBC) instead of the one named "Gulf Coast Today" during the second half of the hour of 12:00 p.m. that day (note #4: WPMI-TV and WJTC-TV were usually related to each other in recent times to their having been members of a certain holding company named the Sinclair Broadcast Group during those times (note #5: some of the program that appeared to had been part of the channel for WJTC-TV that day appeared to have had involved a digital graphic involving text of "E/I" (note #5: a certain World Wide Web site related to the provider of network programming mentioned earlier in this paragraph appeared to have had what might or might not had been a copy of that program))))).

      • The main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV appeared to have had local news programs between certain parts of a certain program related to a certain sport (named football) from their main provider of network programming (the Columbia Broadcasting System (CBS)) on the Sunday of the thirtieth day of the month of September for this calendar year (specifically sometime between the beginning of the hour of 4:00 p.m. and the end of the hour of 5:00 p.m. that day).
      • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the second half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Sunday of the thirtieth day of the month of September for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had its news presenter (Jason Carter) saying, "Well is the end near? Are we close to rapture, the second coming of Christ? Well join on a journey inside the Rapture Preparation Center in Mobile. The church has nearly three decades of reaching people in the port city. Their message is biblical and specific" before appearing to have had a certain video involving some digital graphics with texts of "LOCAL CHURCH PREPARES FOR RAPTURE" and "COVERING MOBILE" and a certain disembodied voice similar to that of the news presenter saying, "Now we'll have more on the rapture preparation center and the signs tomorrow night at ten o'clock".
      • The local news program that appeared on the main broadcast channel for WKRG-TV during the first half of the hour of 10:00 p.m. on the Saturday of the twenty-ninth day of the month of September for this calendar year ("WKRG News 5 at 10") appeared to have had one of its reporters (a weather reporter named Thomas Geboy) saying, "So we did this earlier this evening -- now let's try games, called let's try to find fall. So, if this is the humidity map -- this is based on dew point temperatures, which is the measure of humidity in the atmosphere; the higher the dew points, the higher the humidity contents. Slightly less humid air has been found toward our north today. So, if you were in Tuscaloosa, it's not all that bad here; summer-like humidity will continue and there's fall, way off to our northwest. As you can tell, that's not coming toward--towards us anytime soon throughout the first half of this week; still very warm and muggy, but as we move towards Wednesday and Thursday, that's when we'll start to see a possibility of some little lower humidity. It'll still be very humid for this time of year, but we might get a little relief as we get towards Thursday and Friday" (note: the program appeared to have had a map with texts of "Slightly Less Humid", "Summer-Like Humidity", and "There's Fall!!!" behind the reporter).
